The information technology courses in primary school are mainly focus on teachers' demonstration and students' imitation and operation.Learners have certain interest in using computer,but not high interest in learning the content of information technology courses.In school curriculum reform,more and more attention has been paid to learning interest.The purpose of this paper is to deeply understand learners' interest in information technology courses and explore strategies to improve learners' interest in information technology,that not only promote the learning of knowledge,but also help learners to carry out active learning and lay a foundation for subsequent learning.Project-based learning is a kind of comprehensive learning method,which takes projects as the carrier to study and explore.Through the comprehensive application of various knowledge and skills,the project is finally completed in the form of creative something,so as to improve the ability of learners to solve practical problems.Information technology is an applied subject,by learning to master the knowledge and skills,and make use of the learning content to solve the problems existing in the practical life.The way of project-based learning is in line with the characteristics of information technology disciplines,the practice of the existing research shows that project-based learning can stimulate learners' interest in information technology course of study.This paper is analyzes and sorts out based on the literature research,the instructional design aiming at improving the learning interest of primary school students in information technology,teaching strategies such as introducing projects with interesting scenarios,mixed groups of male and female students,and increasing the time and frequency of group discussion are adopted to improve the learning interest of primary school students in information technology.Through the methods of quasi-experimental research,this paper adopts the way that project-based learning to explore the change of learning interest about primary students in information technology.The course plan designed by teaching is implemented,and the information technology learning interest of learners before and after the experiment is measured by questionnaire.The research results show that the learners' interest in information technology learning has been improved on the overall level,the difference between boys and girlsinterest in information technology learning has been reduced,and the different dimensions of interest in information technology learning also have certain changes.It is proved that the teaching design and corresponding strategies to improve primary school students' interest in information technology learning have achieved obvious effects in practice through project-based learning.
