It is an important method of improve the diathesis education and educational information in 21st that cultivate the student's information literacy. The specialist and academician of educational technology is more attention about the information literacy cultivation. At present, the research of information literacy cultivation mostly relates to connotation of information literacy, investigate of information literacy's actuality, information literacy cultivation and so on. The learning of information technology curriculum directly affect the result of information literacy cultivation of students in primary and middle school. Based on the backdrop of hereinbefore, the paper researches the"information literacy cultivation in information technology curriculum of middle school base on Project-based learning"and demonstrates it.In the paper, through the study of information literacy's connotation and analyze of information literacy's actuality, select two educational mode that project-based learning and traditional classroom teaching to study. Following liYi and ZhongBochang's detailed project of information literacy, the paper selects skill, human interaction, appraisement regulating, emotion attitude and the opinion of value to study. The author put forward the hypothesis that project-based learning is propitious to cultivate the student information literacy (skill, human Interaction, appraisement regulating, emotion attitude and the opinion of value).This research adopts the method of experimental study. The author selects Internet and PowerPoint of information technology curriculum as the study content. Before the experimental study, the author does the instructional design that based on the characteristic of project-based learning and Intel Learn Program. The author designs and selects the group corporate self- evaluate table, classroom recording table, production evaluate gauge, front and behind exam as the tools of measure the learning effect.This research selected 115 students as the tastee. These students come from the Huhhot electric power middle school. The experimental study persist ten weeks.,The author control the two teaching mode well and observe and register the classroom of the experimental team. Basing on the statistical analysis, it can give following conclusions: first, project-based learning can cultivate the student's information literacy; second, project-based learning can comprehensive the Information literacy of students. Further analysis can educe that project-based learning can cultivate human interaction and appraisement regulating ability of student.
