Objective:To take Shanghai urban male white-collar(25-35 years old)as an example,to carry out 12 weeks of anti-resistance training,and the subjects before and after the chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,upper arm circumference and other body morphological indicators,body weight,skeletal muscle,body fat rate,BMR,PBF,WHR and other physical components indicators,As well as 1RM crouching push,50 meters sprint,push-ups and other strength quality indicators,in order to explore the impact of resistance on Shanghai Urban Male white-collar,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for anti-resistance training.Methods:By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzed the effect of anti-resistance training for male white-collar workers in Shanghai Ichihara Sports Fitness City.From Shanghai Ichihara Sports Fitness to extract 40 urban male white-collar workers,age 25-35 years old,the selected 40 subjects randomly divided into two groups,that is,anti-resistance training group and control group.The two groups of subjects guaranteed a normal diet during the experiment,with no other exercise or heavy physical labor.Before and after the experiment,the measured data were compared and analyzed,and then the research results were obtained.Conclusion:The waist circumference of the subjects decreased from 81.05+15.92 before training to 75.25+10.17 after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the chest circumference decreased from 89.55+13.13 before training to 89.1+10.76(P>0.05),without significant difference;the hip circumference increased from 91.9+11.91 before training to 91.95+8.88 after training(P>0.01).There was no significant difference in thigh circumference between pre-training and post-training,but there was no significant difference in thigh circumference between pre-training and post-training.The upper arm circumference increased from 33.95(+5.39)to 34.3(+3.66)after training(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in thigh circumference between pre-training and post-training.These data can show that resistance training has a significant effect on improving the body shape of urban male white-collar workers.The effect of 12-week resistance training on the body composition of subjects showed that the body weight of subjects decreased from 67.83+16.89 before training to 67.65+12.88 after training(P>0.05),without significant changes;the skeletal muscle of subjects increased from 67.83+16.89 before training to 67.65+12.88 after training(P<0.01),showing significant changes;and the body fat of subjects decreased from 17.75+7.39 before training.The BMR of the subjects increased from 1575.2+255.45 before training to 1606.4+225.17 after training(P>0.05).The P BF of the subjects decreased from 67.83+16.89 before training to 23.29+5.71 after training(P<0.01).The WHR of the subjects decreased from 0.88+0.08 before training.By the time of training,0.82+0.07(P<0.001),there was a remarkable change.These data can show that resistance training has a significant effect on the improvement of body composition of urban male white-collar workers.After 12 weeks of anti-resistance training,the strength quality of the subjects improved significantly,and their 1RM push-ups increased from 35.5(+13.95)before training to 55.5(+13.66)after training(P<0.001),showing extremely significant changes;their 50-meter sprint performance changed from 9.26(+1.61)before training to 8.39(+1.01)after training(P<0.001),showing extremely significant changes;the subjects'push-ups became push-ups.The results increased from 9.6(+6.18)before training to 13.7(+6.33)after training(P<0.001),showing extremely significant changes.These data can show that resistance training has a significant effect on improving the strength quality of urban male white-collar workers.
