In this study,literature research,expert interviews,and experimental methods were used as research methods.The main methods of resistance training,aerobic training,and aerobic + resistance training were used to explore the body composition of different subjects before and after the experiment(fat content,Skeletal muscle content),body shape(body weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference),physical self-esteem(physical self-worth,motor skills,physical fitness,physical condition,physical attractiveness)change law,in order to provide scientific training guidance for the national fitness in accordance with.Paired samples were tested before and after training in each group.The results were as follows:(1)Three-month aerobic training(treadmill speed),the body fat content of the subjects was significantly different before and after the experiment(p<0.01),the skeletal muscle content was slightly decreased(p<0.05),and the body shape was obvious improvement(p < 0.01).Subjects' overall self-esteem was good before and after training,but the changes in motor skills(t=-1.87,p>0.05)and physical attractiveness(t=-0.84,p>0.05)were not obvious.(2)After three months of resistance training,the body fat content decreased to some extent(p<0.05),and the skeletal muscle content did not decrease(p<0.01).Resistance training in this experiment,the effects on body shape were mainly manifested in waist circumference and hip circumference(p<0.01).In addition to physical condition(p>0.05),the body self-esteem of the subjects before and after the experiment was significantly changed(p<0.01).(3)In the aerobic + anti-resistance training group,the body composition(body fat content,skeletal muscle content)of the subjects showed significant changes before and after training(p<0.01),body fat content and skeletal muscle content change trend and Oxygen training is similar,but the amplitude is slightly biased.Under the combination of aerobic + anti-resistance,the body shape(body weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference)of the subjects showed significant changes(p <0.01).In addition to motor skills(p<0.05),subjects' body self-esteem scores varied significantly in all dimensions(p<0.01).Based on changes in body shape,body composition and physical self-esteem before and after the subject's experiment,the study concluded that:(1)Aerobic training has a sustained fat-reducing effect and is also an important factor influencing skeletal muscle loss.Resistance training can play a role in reducing fat to a certain extent,and it is also an effective training method to protect lean body mass.(2)The fat-reducing effect of aerobic training is comprehensive,and the muscle-enhancing effect of resistance training is local.Aerobic + anti-resistance training can simultaneously play the dual effects of muscle building and fat loss.(3)Aerobic training,resistance training and aerobic + resistance training have different degrees of adjustment on the body self-esteem level before and after training.In a specific way,the three dimensions of the subject's physical self-esteem(sports skills,physical condition,physical attractiveness)can maintain a certain stability before and after training,and the two dimensions of self-esteem and self-esteem are in any situation.The difference between the two is significant.
