| In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,the barriers to the dual system of urban and rural areas have gradually diminished,and the migrant workers are no longer the exclusive of men,the ranks of migrant women are growing.An increasing number of young rural women choose to leave their hometown to go to the city to make a job,which makes the group of left-behind children and migrant children continue to expand,to the female migrant young women’s maternal practice has brought a lot of challenges.Based on this,this paper hopes to discuss the maternal experience of the mother of left-behind children and the mother of mobile children respectively,and to compare and analyze the roles of the two mothers in the mother post,the practical predicament they face,and their coping strategies in the course of their mother’s practice.In this study,qualitative research methods were used to explore the maternal experience of young women in migrant workers.Through in-depth interviews,this paper discusses the roles and difficulties of mothers of left-behind children and mothers of migrant children in the practice of motherhood,as well as the related practical strategies of motherhood,and compares the differences in the practice of the two types of mothers through comparative analysis.Since the mothers of left-behind children and the mothers of migrant children are part of the group of migrant mothers,the roles of the two types of mothers,the predicament of motherhood and the practical strategies of motherhood are different,therefore,in order to comprehensively analyze the female experience of migrant workers,the author decided to make a comparative analysis of the maternal experience of these two types of mothers,Summarize their own characteristics,and give different suggestions for the different predicament faced by two kinds of mothers in the practice of motherhood.The results show that the instrumental role of the mother of left-behind children is mainly reflected in the breadwinner;the role of educational roles is mainly manifested in the distance online learning counseling for children and the education of children;emotional roles are played mainly through online communication and holiday home visit two ways.The instrumental role of mobile child mothers is mainly embodied in the daily care of children;the role of educational roles includes the establishment of rules of conduct for children,the education of children and learningcounseling,and the playing of emotional roles,including growth companionship and communication.In the practical predicament of motherhood,the predicament faced by the mother of left-behind children is mainly the guilt of the role of the mother,the concern for the physical and mental health of the children,and the conflict of the concept of upbringing.The plight of mobile children’s mothers is mainly economic stress,difficulties in enrolling children,and difficult to reconcile work and parenting.Finally,the author summarizes the successful strategies of mothers of left-behind children and mothers of mobile children,actively seeking the help and support of family and friends,properly handling the relationship with their children’s surrogate dependents,and strengthening communication and communication with their children are very valuable experiences.In view of the above findings,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions.The author hopes that through the relevant research of this thesis,more migrant women can understand the significance of their mother’s job,revise their improper upbringing,give the new generation of migrant women The Mother post practice a certain enlightenment,but also hope to arouse the public’s attention and care for the special group of migrant mothers. |
