With the continuous development of the social economy and the aggravation of the aging problem,more and more elderly people hope to enjoy the fruits of social and economic development and enjoy a higher level of old-age education.Community old-age schools have become an important venue to better meet the educational needs of the elderly,taking advantage of their full use of community resources,proximity to the community,and flexible curriculum.However,from the current research,it is found that community old-age education has not attracted enough attention from all walks of life,and there are still many problems to be solved in community old-age education.In the past research on the education of the elderly,although the coverage of the research is relatively broad,it has not been specifically studied in the implementation of the community old-age education curriculum.This study attempts to make up for the shortcomings of this research,integrate community old-age education and curriculum implementation,and study how the J community conducts the classroom in the implementation of the elderly curriculum through the research on the implementation status of the J community old-age education curriculum in Jiading District,Shanghai.Teaching and improving teaching,and how the management in the curriculum management is different from ordinary primary and secondary school management,In the implementation of the curriculum under the current management and teaching situation,what is the satisfaction of the students in the J community principal management and teacher literacy and teaching and self-learning?in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the community old school in the implementation of the curriculum through actual research,and through the possible problems Specific and in-depth analysis,try to propose suggestions to improve the implementation of the curriculum.In this study,the researchers learned about the manager's management of the community and teachers through interviews;through interviews,they learned about the teacher's cognition and teaching in the J community's seniority curriculum implementation;The interview method understands the satisfaction of senior students on school management,teacher teaching and self-learning in the implementation of the curriculum.Finally,in combination with the needs of the research,the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with teachers and students in community schools onimportant issues to supplement the unclear questions in this study.The study found that the bias of the educational concept affects the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation;the efficient and intelligent management mode promotes the operation of the curriculum implementation;The phenomenon of“satisfaction of students” and “difficulties in hiring teachers” have affected the effective management and supervision of teachers in schools;the education system for senior education teachers is relatively weak,and it is urgent to plan in depth;the appropriate incentives stimulate the enthusiasm and self-confidence of the students;the teachers' beliefs need to be further improved;the theoretical knowledge of teachers needs to be enriched;The teacher's teaching preparation work is not complete enough;the teaching methods adopted by teachers are reasonable and diverse;the effective classroom decision-making of teachers enhances the learning effect of the students;the students are satisfied with the community management and community resources;The students are generally satisfied with the literacy and teaching of the teachers as a whole;the satisfaction of the students with their own learning results is lower than the satisfaction of their own learning interests and learning performance.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of the curriculum in the J community old school,the researchers believe that J community managers should actively update the educational concept;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;strengthen the construction of the teacher training system;strengthen the quality monitoring and evaluation of the whole process of teaching;Strengthen teachers' ability to use old age education and teaching methods.
