In the 21 st century,society has developed from the emphasis on science and technology to the emphasis on people-oriented.As a lofty cause for cultivating the qualified talents needed by the society to promote social development,education should fully reflect the people-oriented spirit and take students as the starting point of education and teaching.On the one hand,it will promote the improvement of students' ability,on the other hand,enhancing students' satisfaction is also needed.To improve student satisfaction,it is important to understand the relationship between “student expectations”,“teaching quality” and “student satisfaction”.The research content of this paper includes two aspects.First,based on the components of teaching quality,the student's expected scale has been improved,and a systematic sample survey has been conducted through the issuance of questionnaires.After the reliability and validity test,it finally proves effective.Secondly,based on the theory of customer satisfaction,this paper constructs a research framework.Through the definition of related concepts and the related theories involved in this research,the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method are comprehensively based on the review of domestic and international research status.A variety of quantitative analysis methods were used to study the relationship between "student expectations","teaching quality" and "student satisfaction".480 undergraduate economics students from XX University were surveyed using three different questionnaires.The software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data obtained from the three variables of “study quality”,“student satisfaction” and “student expectation”.The study found that “student expectations” can adjust the relationship between “teaching quality” and “student satisfaction”.For students with low expectations,the improvement of student satisfaction is faster for each unit of teaching quality.For students with high expectations,the improvement of student satisfaction is relatively slow for each unit of teaching quality.The conclusions of this study have certain implications for teachers and university administrators.It is recommended to classify and educate students.Students with low expectations can continue to improve their satisfaction by improving the quality of teaching.In addition to the traditional methods of high expectations students Beyond the need to pay special attention to other factors that may affect student satisfaction.
