Objective:The ability of blood to transport oxygen is an important factor affecting aerobic capacity.This paper analyzes the special differences of hemoglobin and related blood indicators of different special athletes and plans to establish a non-aerobic exercise ability with relevant blood indicators.Motion regression model.Methods:There are no special training boys in Beijing Sport University,athletes of Competitive sports school and Cycling and fencing management center of general administration of sport of China as a research object,a total of 97 people,including55 men are divided into five special items:Untraining(UT,n=15),Weightlifting(WL,n=6),Sports Dance(SD,n=12),Wrestling(WR,n=15),Triathlon(TA,n=7);42 women are divided into five special items:Weightlifting(WL,n=9),Sports Dance(SD,n=12),Wrestling(WR,n=9),middle-distance Running(R,n=5),Triathlon(TA,n=7).The modified Bruce protocol was used to measure the maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max)and ventilation anaerobic threshold(VT)of the subjects.The total hemoglobin(tHb)and blood volume(BV),plasma volume(PV),red blood cell volume(RCV);blood routine determination of hemoglobin concentration([Hb]),ferritin(Fe)and other indicators were measured by CO inhalation method.Correlation analysis of blood indicators and aerobic capacity related indicators,established a non-motion regression model predicting VO2max and VT.Results:(1)The relative values of VO2max in different special groups were significantly different.The TA group in boys was about 48.9%higher than UT and WL groups,31.9%higher than WR and SD,and higher in SD and WR groups than UT and WL groups.About 12.9%of the girls;the R and TA groups were about 57.8%higher than the WL group,about 25.9%higher than the WR and SD,and about 25.6%higher than the WL group.There was a significant difference between the relative and absolute values of VO2max between the different genders,and the males were significantly higher than the females(P<0.05).(2)The relative values of tHb and BV in different specialties were significantly different.The TA group in boys was 23.6%higher than the UT group and WL group,which was about 9.1%higher than the WR and SD groups.The WR and SD groups were more than the UT and WL groups.The height was about 13.3%;the TA and R groups in the girls group were about 26.9%higher than the WL group,and the WR and SD groups were about 23.3%higher than the WL group.There were also significant differences in the relative values of PV,BV and RCV between the groups(P<0.05).(3)Some blood indicators such as BV,RCV,etc.have a high correlation with VO2max and VT,including the absolute value of tHb and the absolute value of VO2max(r=0.85,p<0.01)and VT value(r=0.75,p<0.01).The correlation is the highest,and[Hb]is less relevant to them.Conclusions:(1)There are significant special features of VO2max,tHb,BV and other indicators of different special athletes;(2)Among the correlations between blood index and aerobic capacity of different special athletes,tHb has the highest correlation with VO2max and VT,which is an important factor affecting aerobic capacity;(3)The regression equation for predicting aerobic capacity VO2max and VT can be established by using the absolute value of tHb,where VO2max predictive model y=0.803+0.003x(x:tHb,y:VO2max,r=0.85,R~2=0.72,P<0.01);VT prediction model y=0.861+0.002x(x:tHb,y:VT,r=0.75,R~2=0.56,P<0.01).
