Purpose: This study disclosed the influence of the professional soccer match on cellular components of blood. We evaluated the maximal aerobic capacity and blood cell components indices of Chinese Grade A Occupation Match Man Players to analyze the influence of cellular components of blood on the aerobic capacity. Comparing the variation of blood cell components and blood urea of the athletes who have different aerobic capacity before the match and also 6 weeks later, we discussed the influence of aerobic capacity on cellular components of blood and analyzed the effect of the changes of blood cell components on supervision of fatigue. Methods: The research took 18 soccer players of the HuBei Wuhan occupation football club as research objects and determined their blood cell components and blood urea before the match and also 6 weeks later. By the load increase-by-degrees exercise test, we determined the physiological indices relating to maximal aerobic capacity before the match.Result: 1, At the competitive period reductions were noted in erythrocyte(RBC), haemoglobin(Hb), haematocrit(Hct), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin(MCH), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration(MCHC), granulocytes. In contrast, an increase in red (cell) distribution width, lymphocytes and monocytes were observed. WBC count were not changed. Blood urea had an increasing tendency, but it was not significant. 2, Chinese Grade A Occupation Match Man Player maximal oxygen uptake was correlated significantly with ventilation anaerobic threshold, maximal oxygen pulse, maximal ventilation. 3, The negative correlation was found between haematocrit(Hct), mean corpuscular volume(MCV) and maximal oxygen uptake, also between haematocrit(Hct), mean corpuscular volume(MCV) and maximal oxygen pulse, between mean corpuscular volume(MCV) and ventilation anaerobic...
