Primary education is one of the hottest topics in today's society.Primary school teachers are the main force in the development of basic education and play an important role in students' process of growth.Studying the working time management of primary school teachers has positive effect on improving teaching ability.Rational utilization of teacher's working time can improve teaching quality and raise teachers' specialized level.At present,it is a recognized fact that primary school teachers are overburdened.The contradiction between the limited energy and heavy workload of primary school teachers grows in breadth and in depth,which is unfavorable to the professional growth of teachers and even affects the quality of teaching in primary education industry.This paper aims to explore the reasonable structure of teachers' working time through the study of the influence of working time structure on teaching ability in primary school,so as to improve the teaching ability,meanwhile provide feasible solution for educational administrative departments,school administrators and teachers.It is expected that the education administrative departments and schools will solve the problem of overburdening teachers through perfect systems.Teachers are supposed to grasp scientific time management methods scientifically improve time utilization and teaching quality.The paper is divided into five parts from the perspective of teaching work time structure in primary school,with time management theory,time management "four quadrant rule",goal management theory as the theoretical basis,through literature research method,questionnaire method and interview method defines the related concepts of the time structure and teaching ability of primary school teachers.The questionnaire is designed according to the influence of the primary school teachers' teaching time structure on the teaching ability,with primary school teachers in M city as respondents to understand the current situation of the influence of the teaching work time structure of primary school teachers on the teaching ability,at the same time the existing problems were found according to the questionnaire result and the causes of the problem were analyzed.In the paper,from the appearance of the teaching work time structure of primary school teachers on the teaching ability,the root of the problem is found from the three levels of administrative departments,school administrators and teacher education,so as to provide advice for the rational allocation of primary school teachers' teaching time.
