With the deepening of the era of knowledge explosion,the construction of the knowledge society becomes getting people more and more attention,especially the quality requirement of society for talents.Many teachers and parents begin to pay close attention to students' extracurricular learning time,use of after-school time all kinds of homework,hoping to improve children's academic performance and acquire all-round development.As a result,we often see that many primary school students' extracurricular learning time is often arranged to the full.Whether primary school students' extracurricular learning time is reasonably occupied and whether the scheduled time structure has a positive effect on students' performance is a question which worth pondering.Research of this paper is based on the elementary student's learning and the existing learning time structure on the academic influence of the status quo,on the learning theory,time management theory,achievement motivation theory as the theoretical basis,combined with literature method and questionnaire investigation,study the elementary student's extracurricular learning time structure and the relationship between the grades.Mainly through the form of the distribution of questionnaires,we found that the middle and high school students extracurricular learning time is longer,the learning burden is heavier;The time structure of extracurricular learning is not balanced;Different subjects in the time structure have different influence on students' performance.And the reasons are analyzed from the perspectives of teachers,students themselves,parents and the society.In order to solve these problems,combining with the current national policy,this research is how to utilize the elementary student's extracurricular learning time structure effective influence on their academic performance,put forward the corresponding countermeasure,namely educators to coordinated optimization of the structure of elementary student's extracurricular learning time and time to strengthen extracurricular learning for elementary school students structure of different main body of education led.This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter is the theoretical basis of the study on the influence of pupils' extracurricular learning time structure on their academic performance.The second chapter investigates the influence of pupils' extracurricular learning time structure on their academic performance.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the influence of pupils' extracurricular learning time structure on their academic performance.In the fourth chapter,the strategy research on the effective influence of pupils' extracurricular learning time structure on their academic performance.
