| We study the core, the factors and transformation mechanism of Pratical Ability and build the Pratical Ability Structure of Full-time Professional degree postgraduates by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Then by analyzing 22 interview dates, we understand the characteristic and superiority of promoting practical ability. Finally choosing a third-party institution, shun de Institute for Industry Design in Guangdong province, by analyzing the industry-university matching degree, we build cultivating model of pratical ability of full-time professional degree postgraduates.The results show that:The core of Pratical Ability is the innovative ability of knowledge application. The pratical ability structure of full-time professional degree postgraduates is composed of four dimensions and twelve factors including Pratical Motivation, General Pratical Ability, Special Pratical Ability and Situation Pratical Ability.Four dimensions have direst and indirect relationship. Pratical Motivation has direct impact on General Pratical Ability, and influence Special Pratical Ability and Situation Pratical Ability in an indirect way through General Pratical Ability. General Pratical Ability has direct impact on Special Pratical Ability and Situation Pratical Ability, and influence Situation Pratical Ability in an indirect way through Special Pratical Ability. Special Pratical Ability has direct and medium impact on Situation Pratical Ability,The training links of Practice Ability promote different dimensions of practical ability. Theoretical courses have an irreplaceable advantage in construction of students’ system of professional knowledge. Practical courses have a comparative advantage in training students’ ability to extract relevant knowledge to solve the problem rapidly. Professional practice is the core link to improve students’ Special Pratical Ability and Situation Pratical Ability. Dissertation links can help students summarize the practical experience of professional practice, reflect the practice process, then achieve the reconstruction of knowledge and automation of skills.From the industry-university matching degree, the enterprises’ needs of Pratical Motivation, General Pratical Ability and Situation Pratical Ability above the level of students, but the level of Special Pratical Ability of students above the needs of enterprises. Finally we build the mode of APIT, which rely mainly on the cultivation of Special Pratical Ability, focus on the Situation Pratical Ability, take the Pratical Motivation as a breakthrough point and consider the cultivation of General Pratical Ability, take firm steps to deal with the needs of enterprises. |
