Professionalization is the basis and guarantee for teachers to engage in practical activities of education and teaching.Teaching specialization is the goal and direction of the development of physical education in special education schools.Starting from the inherent specialty and particularity of special education physical education teachers in the teaching process,this study investigates and analyses the problems and dilemmas faced by special education physical education teachers in the implementation of teaching specialization through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and combs the physical education specialty of special education schools in Heilongjiang objectively and systematically.In the process of development,the inherent laws and existing problems among the various elements,the construction and development path of PE teachers' teaching specialization in special education schools,improve the physical quality and health level of disabled students in special education schools.The research finds that there are some problems in the process of specialization construction and development of physical education teachers in special education schools in Heilongjiang Province:(1)The physical education teachers in special education in Heilongjiang Province are relatively young,the structure of specialty and title is unreasonable,and there are fewer senior professional title teachers.Nearly one third of the physical education teachers have a lower sense of professionalization efficiency.(2)Some PE teachers in special education lack professional identity,poor self-efficacy,insufficient internal motivation for professional development,unclear self-professional development goals,and low enthusiasm for educational research and teaching research.(3)Some P.E.teachers in special education do not have a thorough understanding of the newly issued curriculum standards for physical education and health in three special schools: intellectual development,deafness and blindness.The formulation and setting of special P.E.teaching objectives are not operable and effective,and some teachers' teaching methods and means are relatively simple.(4)The pre-service training mode of physical education professionals in Heilongjiang Province is not perfect,the effectiveness of special education physical education teachers' induction and post-service training is not strong,the form of vocational training is lack of pertinence,the content is lack of professionalism,which is not in line with the actual needs of special education physical education teachers.The development path of special education PE teachers' teaching specialization in Heilongjiang Province is as follows:(1)Creating an environment for special education PE teachers' professional self-development,establishing correct teaching concepts,and adhering to the guiding ideology of "health first","functional rehabilitation" and "potential development".(2)Relying on the specialties of physical education,special education,normal education and sports rehabilitation in local colleges and universities,cooperating with provincial and municipal education departments,sports departments and disabled persons to establish a diversified pre-service training model for special physical education teachers.(3)Improve the content of induction education,construct a diversified mode of induction education,and build a network system of post-service training for P.E.teachers in special education at the four levels of provincial-municipal-county-school.(4)Strengthen the implementation of policies,improve the system of laws and regulations,increase the proportion of investment in special education funds,build a guarantee system for the development of special education physical education teachers' teaching professionalization,improve the evaluation system of special education teachers' teaching professionalization,and determine scientific evaluation objectives and evaluation indicators.
