Background:Motor learning is the foundation of human existence and activity,as a branch of exercise skill, and it is also the core content of educational goal in our country.Motor learning,it plays an important role in students to complex exercise skills learning, form good sports habits, cultivate excellent personality and form the core accomplishment of physical education. As a result, motor learning plays a very important role in promoting the physical and mental development of the students. Moreover, motor learning can cause significant changes in the plasticity of the brain.Football juggle is a complex motor skill, and it has a high demand for the ability of visual movement transformation and spatial motion orientation judgment, and there are periodic characteristics in the learming process. However, previous studies only from the behavioral, psychological and other aspects of the stage characteristic of the discussion,it is not clear about the inter neural mechanism of stage changes. Therefore, further combined with the neuroimaging technology to study stage characteristics of motor learning from aspect of internal neural mechanism,so as to obtain the deeper comprehensive information on the stage characteristics of motor learning,it is an extremely meaningful study. Objective:This paper reveals the changes of brain plasticity in different stages of football juggle with the front of the instep in order to expand the research of action learning field, enrich the theory of action learning and brain plasticity, and add empirical research for action learning and brain plasticity theory, from the perspective of brain science.Action learning provides a scientific basis and provides a theoretical basis for the teaching and training of football.Research methods:111 college students(37 females and 74 male)were recruited and selected, including 68 students(23 females and 45 males)in the experimental group and 43 students(14 females and 29 males)in the control group. The experimental group were studied 70 times of the football juggling with the front of the instep, the control group normal study and life.Using the structural magnetic resonance imaging technology(sMRI)and the voxel based morphometry(VBM)to explore the difference of gray matter volume changes in different stages of motor learning.Result:(1)The 70 times of motor learning caused the change in the gray matter volume in the left ParaHippocampal Gyrus(PHG.L);(2)In the early stages of the motor learning, increased gray matter volume in the right ParaHippocampal Gyrus(PHG.R);decreased gray matter volume in the left Middle Occipital Gyrus(MOG.L),left Inferior Occipital Gyrus(IOG.L),left Inferior Frontal gyrus(IFG.L),left Supplementary Motor Area(SMA.L);(3)in the late stages of the motor learning, decreased gray matter volume in the left Superior Temporal Gyrus(STG.L),left Middle Frontal Gyrus(MFG.L).Conclusion:(1)The 70 times of motor learning caused the change in the gray matter volume of the college student;(2)The effect of motor learning on the gray matter volume of college students presents different states.
