Background:Action learning refers to the internal process that an individual's motor skills has had a relatively long-lasting change through practice and experience. It has been proved that long-term action learning can effectively improve individual function of attention.Attention is the core of the cognitive system, which manages other cognitive functions, such as memory and language.Attention function is of great significance for individuals to complete cognitive activities and it has positive effects to improve individual attention on study and daily life for college students. Therefore, the improvement of attention function by action learning has become a hot topic in interdisciplinary research. However, the improvement of individual attention function and its neural mechanism by individual action learning has not been revealed. Objective:Based on the theory and research of college students undefined attention function and brain plasticity, the study comprehensively use sports measurement technology, psychological measurement technology, methods of resting functional magnetic resonance and heart-brain correlation study to investigate the effect of soccer ball-ball learning on attention function and brain network of college students to reveal that the action learning is conducive to the improvement of attention function of college students' neural mechanism.Research methods:The study selected 111 college students from Yang Zhou University as research objects, who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,68 in the experimental group and 43 in the control group. The experimental group made a total of 70 times of football instep frontal ball movement practice in 30 minutes in their spare time, while the control group did not have any movement practice. The study discussed the change of functional connection of college students' attention network before and after learning, based on Rs-fMRI technology and functional connection method of interest region.Results:(1)Before and after 70 times of football foot-back upside-down movement learning, the interaction of the timexgroup of undergraduates performing control function tasks was(F(1,57)=4.594,P=0.036<0.05),with significant difference.(2)There were significant differences in the connection of attention network function between the two groups before and after 70 times of football football foot-back forward movement learning. The specific results were as follows:the left parietal gyrus(DL3)and the left anterior central gyrus(DL6)?the right parietal gyrus(DR3)and the left anterior wedge lobe(DL5)?the right parietal gyrus(DR3)and the left anterior central gyrus(DL6)?the left anterior wedge lobe(DL5)and left anterior central gyrus(DL6);alert network:the left middle frontal gyrus(AL1)and the left superior marginal gyrus(AL2)?the left middle frontal gyrus(AL1)and the right superior marginal gyrus(AR2)?the right middle frontal gyrus(AR1)and the right superior marginal gyrus(AR2)?the Left superior marginal gyrus(AL2)and the right superior marginal gyrus(AR2)?the right superior marginal gyrus(AR2)and right anterior cingulate gyrus(AR4)?the right superior marginal gyrus(AR2)and the left medial temporal lobe(AL6);executive control network:the left middle frontal gyrus(EL1)and the left anterior central gyrus(EL6)?the right middle frontal gyrus(ER1)With the left anterior central gyrus(EL6)?the left inferior parietal angular gyrus(EL2)and the right auxiliary motor area(ER4)?the right inferior parietal angular gyrus(ER2)and the left anterior central gyrus(EL6)?the right inferior parietal angular gyrus(ER2)and right anterior central gyrus(ER6)?the right auxiliary motor area(ER4)and the anterior gyrus(EL6)?the right auxiliary motor area(ER4)and the right anterior central gyrus(ER6)were enhanced.(3)The correlation between the changes of alert network functional connectivity and alert function between two pairs of ROI in experimental group:left middle frontal gyrus(AL1)and left superior marginal gyrus(AL2),right middle frontal gyrus(AR1)and right superior marginal gyrus(AR2);executive control network function between one pair of ROI in experimental group;Result:The left inferior parietal angular gyrus(EL2)and right auxiliary motor area(ER4).Conclusion:(1)70 times of learning the ball in front of the footballer can effectively improve the performance of attention and the control function of college students;(2)70 times of learning the ball in front of the foot can effectively promote the attention of college students to the changes of the functional connection of the network;(3)70 times of learning the ball in front of the foot can improve the executive control function, and its neural mechanism is related to the enhancement of the functional connection between the angular gyrus of the apex and the inferior edge of the foot and the auxiliary motor area.
