As an important part of school education and school sports programs,motor skilllearning will always be the mainstream of sports teaching, teaching motor skills is thecore of the soul of the Physical Education Teaching. However, the current school sportsreform about" ignoring sports skill" the thought of teaching and curriculum standardsof" target and content" thought, there are some problems, the reasons for these problemsare on the school sports skill learning is not a correct understanding of the cause of.China’s adolescent physical health status of nearly twenty years of continuousdecline,there is an urgent requirement for Physical Education and Health curriculumreform. Now many young people in poor health, but do not know how to exercise,because they do not have a like or are good at sports. This directly linked to studentlearning sports skills to master.This article focuses on China’s school physical education curriculum reform in theprocess of sports skills teaching existence controversy, mainly using the method ofliterature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics method, Delphi method, withSuzhou city primary and secondary school teachers as the research object, to sports skillteaching as the research object, system and comprehensive understanding of the currentschool sports teaching of sports skill learning and the status of PE teachers in primaryand secondary schools on issues related to cognitive status, while in theory combinedwith the developed countries in the school sports skill teaching of advanced concept andexperience, through the comprehensive comparison and analysis, the correspondingresults. The results are as follows:1. Primary school stage of motor skill learning should be based on basic physicalquality as the key; junior middle school to basic motor skill learning to focus on the development, through the basic body movement to learn basic motor skills; high schoolwhile learning special skills as a focus, combined with physical quality and basic bodythe practice of the activity.2. Motor development is the order of, motor skill learning must be based on systemof sustainable development, continuous, sequential learning;The development of thesports skills is accumulated, the elementary school, junior high school, high school threestages in the improvement of their respective each other is based, each phase of thestudy will influence and limit the next phase of the learning and development.3. Motor skill learning to master the key lies in the repeated practice, no guaranteeof practice time, the students’ sports skills difficult to master. So enough hours andexcessive of study, as well as class sizes, etc, will be limited to motor skill learningeffect, will affect the motor skill learning automation phase of the form..4. Space equipment, sports teachers’ understanding of concepts, the PE teachers ofsports skill level, teachers of students need the understanding degree, the understandingbetween teachers affect teacher’s skills, students’ motor skill learning to master.5. Motor skill learning to attach importance to the basic action firmly grasp andautomation stage. Motor skill learning must master to the automation level, namely thepower setting stage.6. Motor skill transfer theory in teaching material is the arrangement of teachingmaterial should be considered systematically, coherence, student movement foundationis better, more solid basic skills, positive transfer occur more likely. Primary schoolstage should be more inclined to closed motor skill learning, basic skills tend to beclosed skill composition; the junior middle school stage to closed motor skill; highschool learning we should choose open motor skill sport.7. Motor skill learning should fully consider the characteristics of physical andmental development of students, the needs of the students, sports skill, should pay closeattention to the interest of students, stimulate students’ motivation, because these factorsdetermine to a great extent the students are able to learn something and can reach thelevel of.8. Evaluation of motor skill learning to pay attention to the developmental evaluation, concerned about the students master their skills while also concerned aboutstudents’ emotional needs.9. College of Physical Education students training to be considered theimplementation of the teaching of school athletic skills, physical education teachers toimprove their motor skills, while improving the quality of the theory.
