Middle school is a turning stage for physical and mental in the development of students'development.During this period,students have most of the functions as adults in their physiology,but they are still psychologically semi-mature.In recent years,the survey data of different subjects have shown that the mental health level of middle school students is declining,and the number of people with psychological problems continues to increase.Nowadays,the development of mental health work in middle schools have attracted great attention from hole society,and advocate schools transform from mental health education to service mode,build a mental health service system based on schools.Y junior high school was taken as the research object in this study.According to the school mental health service system divided by Guoliang Yu,the mental health service system of Y middle school was divided into for parts:Mental health assessment and archive management system,Mental health curriculum and teaching system,psychological counseling and counseling service system,and mental illness prevention and crisis intervention system,by investigation the various components of the Y middle school service system,we can understand the current status of the mental health service system in the middle school.Author combines case study,questionnaire survey and the interview,selected 315 students randomly from the three grades of Y middle school to conduct a questionnaire survey,interviews some teachers,students and parents of Y middle school,found that Y Middle School still has some obvious problems in the development of mental health services.Such as the mental health assessment mechanism will ignore the dynamics of students' psychological development;bad data management for the mental health archives;less mental health lesson in the graduating class;Staffs can't access psychological counseling and counseling service;the system of psychological crisis early warning and intervention is not perfect,and there is no synergy between the various systems within the mental health service.Through the analysis for the existing problems in Y Middle School,author believes that there are three main aspects:the supervision of school mental health service is not in place,the thoughts of exam-oriented education are still ingrained,and the management ability of school leaders is limited,which objectively hinders Further improvement of mental health services in Y middle school.As a leading school in mental health work,Y Middle School still has many shortcomings.Personality shows the perspective,at the end of this study,the author takes Y middle school as a reference,and puts forward the thinking and suggestions of perfecting the mental health service system of middle school from three aspects:establishing psychological health protection mechanism of psychological school,optimizing system internal system and promoting inter-system cooperation.Expectation to provide reference for the mental health service of similar schools.
