| General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "development is the first priority and talent is the first resource".The development of education in our country is inseparable from the excellent teaching staff.It is a long way to go for teachers not only to undertake the responsibility of preaching and solving puzzles,but also to fulfill the basic task of Building Morality and cultivating people.In order to play a role and realize the value of life,teachers should not only have professional teaching skills and professional ability,but also include healthy psychological quality.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi pointed out that we should "strengthen the construction of social psychological service system and cultivate a social mentality of self-esteem,self-confidence,rational peace and positive development".In the current secondary vocational school(hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational school")education system reform efforts,rapid knowledge update,fierce competition for talent in the environment,secondary vocational teachers are under more and more pressure,from various aspects of pressure leading to their mental health problems are increasingly prominent.The labor union organization has the duty and advantage to maintain the mental health of the staff.The secondary vocational school should give full play to the power of the labor union organization,integrate the working resources inside and outside the school and make use of them,so as to improve the working level of teachers’ mental health service.In this study,11 secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou were investigated by questionnaires and interviews.The questionnaire survey was conducted from six dimensions: influencing factors,ways of decompression,acceptance,service needs,labor union work,and expectation goals to understand the needs of secondary vocational teachers’ mental health services,supplemented by interview survey to further understand the actual situation of secondary vocational schools’ mental health services The current situation and the difficulties encountered,combined with the literature,find out the limitations and efforts of secondary vocational schools in the development of teachers’ mental health services.Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this study expounds that school labor union work directly or indirectly maintains and promotes teachers’ mental health by promoting personal development,relieving psychological pressure,improving welfare treatment and creating a harmonious atmosphere.On the basis of literature research and investigation,based on the demand analysis of teachers’ mental health service,the basic model of secondary vocational teachers’ mental health service system is preliminarily constructed from three aspects of guarantee system,technical system and standard system.Compared with the model,the paper sums up the shortcomings and development path of 11 secondary vocational school trade unions in the work of teachers’ mental health service.Through case analysis,based on the perspective of school labor union,this paper puts forward specific measures to improve the mental health services of teachers,to protect the mental health of secondary vocational teachers. |
