| With the social attention to mental health and the development of mental health social work,the community service project for mental rehabilitation in Futian District of Shenzhen city came into being in this context.The project aims to provide community services for the patients with severe mental disorders in the community under the concept of social rehabilitation,so as to help them recover social functions as much as possible.According to the analysis of the achievements and problems of the project,this paper summarizes the five aspects of the project,including the purchase mode,team management,team building,service output and service evaluation,and sorts out some useful experiences: for example,precise contract awarding and joint purchase in project purchase;collaborative cooperation in team management,simplified administration and decentralization;emphasis on training and communication in team construction,Timely supervision;highlight specialty in service output;rely on data in service evaluation,real-time quality control,and transform scientific research.At the same time,it also sorts out some deficiencies: for example,the employer lacks supervision on the project fund in the project purchase,the employer relies on the potential risk of the social work organization,the social work salary is low,and the institution withdraws the project fund in a high proportion;in the team management,the institution lacks understanding of the post,the social work lacks sense of belonging,and the project lacks incentive system;in the team construction,the social work access standard is checked Not strict,social workers are languid,social workers are lost seriously;in service output,they fall into risk management and control,professional services give way;in service evaluation,they overemphasize indicators and do not take third-party evaluation.It is hoped that these experiences and lessons will contribute to the wider promotion of similar projects and benefit a wider number of people. |
