Benefit from the inland Tibetan classes(school)this particular national education policy, the mainland of running a school in a positive and productive at the same time, with the development of in-depth,affected by the nature of intercultural education,in view of the students in mainland students, adapting to adapt to the time, psychological characteristics and physical quality, ability to learn there are varying degrees of individual differences. It is urgent to find a physical education teaching method in accordance with the characteristics of Tibetan middle school students and to develop appropriate teaching contents. In this study, the specific implementation process and teaching effect of asynchronous teaching method in teaching were discussed in combination with the individual differences of the characteristics of Tibetan classes(schools)in mainland China, the characteristics of ethnic fitness programs and the disadvantages of previous teaching methods.Based on the theory of asynchronous teaching, this study mainly examines the differences of students' attitudes to sports learning, their expressions of affection and cooperation, and their attitudes to sports learning through questionnaire survey.Through interviews with teachers and students of the school to understand the organization of physical education classroom and the implementation of asynchronous teaching feedback;Through the teaching experiment method,22 students in the male experimental class and 22 students in the control class of class 2017 of Beijing Tibet middle school were studied.31 students in the female experimental class and 33 students in the control class respectively used the asynchronous teaching method and the conventional teaching method to carry out the comparative teaching experiment of national fitness for a period of 12 weeks and 24 class hours.Through mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the experimental data results were processed and analyzed to obtain the experimental results. The research results showed that:1.The asynchronous teaching method adopted by the experimental class is more conducive to promoting the development of students' physical quality than the conventional teaching of the control class.Among them, the standing long jump of boys(P=.034<0.05),shoulder turning(P=.045<0.05)and repeated side step(P=.036<0.05)had significant effect. The effect was significant on the forward bending of the female students' standing position(P=.008<0.01)and repeated side stepping(P=.029<0.05).2.After the experiment, there were significant differences between the male and female students in the experimental class and the control class in the sports learning attitude(P=.036<0.05,P=.048<0.05).Compared with conventional teaching, asynchronous teaching is more beneficial for students to feel the satisfaction and self-confidence of "learning",promote students to actively participate in classroom learning, and promote the transformation of learning mode from"passive"to"active".The change of students'attitude towards sports learning can play a more positive role in promoting, deepening the understanding of the cultural connotation of national fitness, and enhancing the sense of national cultural identity.3.After the experiment, there were significant differences in the emotional expression and cooperative spirit between the male and female experimental class and the control class(P=.003<0.01,P=.049<0.05),and the experimental class was significantly stronger than the control class.Compared with conventional teaching, asynchronous teaching divides students into homogeneous groups according to their different learning situations, which can ease the sense of distance between students, overcome their timidity and shyness, and find a psychological balance point. In addition, learning forms such as"pair learning"and"group learning"can encourage students to strengthen communication and communication, and promote unity and cooperation and common progress.4.Asynchronous teaching has different influence on students'interest in physical education than conventional teaching. It can significantly promote the maintenance and improvement of girls'interest in sports learning(P=.016<0.05),especially in terms of negative emotions, positive emotions, autonomous learning and exploration, and sports participation. It did not play an obvious role in promoting the overall level of boys'interest in sports learning, but it played a significant role in negative emotions, positive emotions and sports participation, which promoted students'active participation and self-learning ability.5.The influence of asynchronous teaching method on students'mastery of national fitness skills in experimental class is different from that in control class. In terms of the overall situation of movement completion, there were significant differences between the male and female experimental class and the control class(P=.004<0.01,P=.002<0.01).Boys in addition to the sense of rhythm,on the accuracy of movement, strength, fluency, coordination has played a significant role in promoting. In addition to the sense of rhythm, the girls played a significant role in promoting the accuracy, strength, fluency and coordination of the movements and improving the overall quality of the movements. In terms of expressiveness and teamwork ability, both male and female students have been significantly promoted; In the aspect of action creation ability, the effect is significant for girls, but not for boys.
