| The opening of Tibetan classes in the interior is an important part of ethnic education,reflecting both the party’s and the state’s concern for the development and education of ethnic areas,it is also the support of all regions and people from all walks of life for the development and education of ethnic minority areas.From the beginning of the Tibet class in1984 until the end of the 2021,the Inland Tibet class has trained and sent nearly 50,000 talents to the Tibet region,winning high recognition and wide praise from people from all walks of life.This study combines management by objectives theory,ethnic education theory,student development theory,balanced development theory of education,from both education and management,combined with data from field research,summing up the difficulties and finding out the main problems,we have gained some experience in the management of class education in inland Tibet.Based on the situation of the inland Tibetan class of H middle school in Guangdong province,this paper summarizes and analyzes the history and characteristics of the inland Tibetan class,the contents and characteristics of the educational management,and the common problems and causes of the educational management.The research shows that the development of the Tibet class of H middle school in Guangdong province has experienced three stages: the initial stage,the steady development stage and the adjustment and optimization stage.It is found that the main problems in the learning and education management of high school students in Tibet class of H middle school include the obstacles in communication between teachers and students,the lack of students ’self-management ability,and the frequent flow of teachers The problems in the management of ideological education include the simple management,the outstanding psychological problems,the poor results of ideological education and the poor results of patriotism education The problems in life education management include difficulty in getting along with students from the mainland,poor communication between home and school,monotonous and boring after-school life;There are some problems in safety education management,such as weak safety awareness,insufficient safety training,and lack of national safety awareness education.This study puts forward the basic principles of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,managing their personality in accordance with the law and respecting cultural differences.Based on the investigation and research of H middle school in Guangdong province,this paper puts forward some basic measures for optimizing the educational management of high school students in inland Tibet classes,that is to say,we should strengthen the study,ideological education,life education and safety education for the high school students of Tibetan classes in the inland areas. |
