With the rapid growth of the number of smartphone users and the increase of user dependence, smartphone has a greater impact on social development and individuals. From online shopping, online office, online banking to offline payments,e-bus cards, smart phones have changed our lives.Technology is a double-edged sword, smart phones bring us convenience at the same time, personal information security issues also appear. In order to better help college students protect the personal information security in smart phones, reduce the risk of information loss or leakage, and put forward targeted suggestions. In this paper, college students as the research object, from the point of view of users, many factors of information security behavior variables are introduced to construct the influencing factors model of College smartphone users’information security behavior.Based on social cognitive theory, combined with protective motivation theory, rational behavior theory and planned behavior theory, this paper chooses 9 variables from three aspects:cognitive factors, environmental factors and behavioral willingness. They are perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, perceived threat,self-efficacy,response efficiency,Control Tendency and description.Sexual norms, subjective norms and information security behavior willingness are used to construct a preliminary model of influencing factors of information security behavior of College Students’ smartphone users.Through questionnaire survey, data collection, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test,reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis are carried out by using SPSS software and AMOS software, and the final influencing factors model of information security behavior is obtained. The results show that college students’ smartphone users have good information security behavior as a whole.Male college students’ perception of threat is clearer than female college students’ perception, and they think it is more likely to produce information security threat. In this paper,we get the final influencing factors model of information security behavior of College students. The specific factors are:perceived susceptibility, perceived severity indirectly affect information security behavior intention through perceived threat.Perceived threat,self-efficacy,response efficiency, control tendency, descriptive norms and subjective norms have direct and positive effects on information security behavior intention.Subjective norm and information security behavior intention directly affect information security behavior.Descriptive norms directly influence self-efficacy,reaction efficacy and control tendency.Subjective norms directly affect perceived threat,self-efficacy and response effectiveness. Finally, according to the conclusion, three suggestions are put forward from the aspects of personal habits, school training, media and government propaganda:users should learn information security knowledge, improve their awareness of information security and self-efficacy,and develop good smartphone usage habits;schools should set up smartphone information security.Relevant training or courses focus on female college students’ perception of threats and cognitive education,so as to cultivate students’ self-efficacy,reaction efficacy and control tendency consciousness as a whole. The government and media should give full play to their role of public opinion guidance,so that smartphone users can understand the current information security risk situation in mobile phones. And improve users’descriptive norms. In order to guide and promote the information security behavior of College students,it can also provide guidance for smartphone users how to use smartphones safely, and reduce the risk of information loss or leakage.
