The Shanghai Teacher Professional Development School is a model of training teachers based on the experience of the American Teacher Professional Development School and local practice.Through the research on the implementation of trainee teacher and in-service teacher training,this study reveals the benefits and shortcomings of teacher training,and tries to answer the effectiveness and obstacles of the Shanghai Teachers 'Professional Development School's own development.And give some reflections and suggestions for its development.In order to achieve the research purpose,this research adopts the strategy of combining qualitative research and quantitative research,and selects teachers from two teachers 'professional development schools to conduct the survey.In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 teachers and questionnaires were conducted with189 teachers.The study found that the two Shanghai Teachers 'Professional Development Schools surveyed provided quality standardized training for trainee teachers and provided opportunities for continuing education for in-service teachers in the region and beyond.The teachers who received this training have effectively changed their curriculum content,teaching concepts,teaching methods,and academic concepts,and promoted the professional development of teachers in terms of professional ability,professionalism,and professional knowledge.While promoting the professional development of teachers,it also provides base and teacher support for regional education reforms,provides experience for teacher professional development,and plays a role of demonstration,radiation and leadership.However,the Shanghai Teachers 'Professional Development School also has the following shortcomings:First,there is very little communication between teachers' professional development schools,and it is far less than fighting side by side.Second,the relevant departments lack incentives for schools with excellent results and school leaders with excellent performance,resulting in a lack of motivation to carry out related work.Third,the lack of training of trainers in schools can not improve the efficiency of training.In addition,the trainers 'mentality is outdated,they are content with the status quo,lack of awareness of learning,and in the long run,they also lack interest and enthusiasm for learning,resulting in burnout.Fourth,the lack of training course series development in schools and district education colleges has resulted in thefragmentation and duplication of some courses.Fifth,the concept and function of the teachers 'professional development school in Shanghai is vague,which makes the teachers' cognition insufficient,and the pressure and urgency brought about by it make the training unable to fully develop the teachers.Sixth,the school's project funds have not been used rationally,resulting in activities that can not be deeply carried out.Seventh,too much training time for trainee teachers leads to physical and mental exhaustion of teachers.Based on the above research and analysis,Shanghai Teachers Professional Development School can be improved from the following six points in order to achieve continuous development.First,there should be alliances and exchanges between schools.A coalition organization is useful for promoting the overall development of Shanghai Teachers 'Professional Development School,so that schools can communicate with each other,enhance their feelings,and improve the quality of education.Second,the higher authorities should give significant incentives to the serious and productive development of schools and teachers,so that they can be encouraged to take the lead and take the lead.Third,schools and district education colleges should train trainers to strengthen high leadership.In addition,we should work together to arrange the teacher's courses in order to prevent over-completion and fragmentation of the courses.In addition,the school should strengthen teachers' understanding of the concept and function of teachers' professional development before training.Finally,the school should make reasonable arrangements for the use of funds and make good budgets and plans.Teacher professional development schools want to maintain motivation,sustainable development,and put an end to immutable need to constantly absorb reasonable new understanding and new ideas,and incorporate them into the development process of teachers professional development schools.
