Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Moral Education Of Young People

Teenagers are the hope of China's future and the successor of socialist construction.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to youth work,cared for the healthy growth of adolescents,and made clear the importance of adolescents for China's future development.Teenagers' moral education is an indispensable part of their healthy growth.To comprehensively strengthen the moral education of adolescents is an important measure to solve many moral problems of adolescents.It is the responsibility of every family,every school and the whole society.It is also the hope of the family,the request of the state and the future of the nation.This article is divided into three parts to elaborate.The first part is an overview of teenagers' moral education,mainly introducing the content,ways,methods and significance of teenagers' moral education.The second part is about the problems and reasons of teenagers' moral education.It elaborates in detail the problems of family attaching importance to achievement rather than morality,school attaching importance to theory rather than cultivation,and society attaching importance to benefit rather than management.It also points out that the reasons are that family attaches less importance to teenagers' moral education,school being constrained by examination-oriented education and society attaching importance to benefit rather than justice.The third part is the solution to the problem of moral education for adolescents.In view of the existing problems and reasons of moral education for adolescents,it is proposed that parents should renew their educational concepts and attach importance to moral education.Schools should pay attention to behavior formation and implement multiple evaluation.Society should create a good social fashion and build and improve the regulatory mechanism.The purpose of this paper is to help teenagers grow up healthily in an all-round way and cultivate teenagers with good moral qualities.
