| With the good news that Beijing jointly Zhangjiakou successfully bid for the2022 Winter Olympic Games,China began to enter the ranks of the major ice and snow sports countries.China’s ice and snow sports industry also ushered in a golden period of development.At the same time,the demand for talents in the ice and snow sports industry has greatly increased.As the host of the "2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games",Hebei Province is facing both opportunities and challenges.In view of this,it is of great significance to study the talent cultivation of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province,to carry out Comrade Xi Jinping’s instructions on "300million people participating in ice and snow sports",to prepare for and hold the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,to promote the sustainable development of sports industry,economy and society in Hebei Province,and to promote the development of ice and snow sports in China itself.However,in the implementation and promotion of talent cultivation of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province,many problems have become increasingly apparent and have received social attention.A set of scientific and effective personnel training mechanism of ice and snow sports industry is the prerequisite and inevitable demand for effective development of mass skiing.Therefore,finding the key points and Countermeasures for talent training of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province is the focus of this study.Based on the investigation of talent cultivation of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province,this paper uses the methods of documentation,expert interview and logical analysis,after classifying the talent of ice and snow sports industry scientifically,judges the current situation of talent cultivation of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province,and compares with other developed areas of ice and snow sports industry,combs and studies the key points of talent cultivation of ice and snow sports industry and Hebei Province.The Countermeasures of talent cultivation in ice and snow sports industry.Through the research,it is concluded that the talent stock of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province is small,the level is low,and the degree of specialization is low,which can not meet the national demand for talents ofice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province,nor fully match the development requirements of ice and snow sports in Hebei Province.It is necessary to form the modularization of the skiing industry through the cooperation of the school government and the society and the use of the ladder-type training mechanism,pay attention to overall planning and consideration,coordinate and guarantee the training of all kinds of talents,improve the guarantee system,form a special fund policy for the training of talents,and form a strong support for the ice and snow sports culture,so as to promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of the skiing industry in China. |
