Research On The Cultivation Of Management Talents For Ice And Snow Stadiums In Chinese Universities Under The Background Of The Beijing Winter Olympics

The upcoming Beijing Winter Olympic Games in 2022 ushered in unprecedented opportunities for the development of ice and snow sports in China.The scale and influence of ice and snow sports industry are expanding,and the demand for ice and snow sports professionals is growing.At present,the management personnel of sports venues in China are mainly composed of non professionals who lack sports and management knowledge,which is non systematic and non specialized To some extent,the management of industrialization restricts the management and market development of stadiums and gymnasiums.As the training base of all kinds of sports talents,colleges and universities directly affect the output of China's ice and snow sports talents.Therefore,the establishment of a sound talent training system for ice and snow sports management in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to provide strong talent support for the sustainable development of ice and snow sports venues.Based on the Beijing Olympics as an opportunity,using the method of documentary,mathematical statistics,from comprehensive universities and sports colleges and universities,colleges and universities in China research and analyze snow venue management talent cultivation,the results show that the ice and snow sports venues management talents in China has had a huge demand gap and the managerial talent,but at present our country college is not for ice and snow sports venues management talents and professional talent gap and setting of ice and snow sports venues management professional,colleges and universities to train more sports management comprehensive talents.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of talents in the management of ice and snow sports venues in colleges and universities in China,this paper puts forward the ideas and Suggestions on the cultivation of talents in the management of ice and snow sports venues.Effectively relying on the operation units of ice and snow stadiums and gymnasiums,the training mode of "school + enterprise" is formed,and the training mode of advanced ice and snow management talents of foreign universities is actively studied and absorbed.Reasonable publicity,expand the enrollment scale,strengthen the management of ice and snow sports venues talent team.
