Cheerleading is a new sporting event,also known as cheerleading.It originated in the United States in the 1870 s.The English name is Cheerleading.Cheer has the spirit of boosting morale and morale.Cheerleading is the accompaniment of music.Through the players' hands or hand-held props,the complex high-intensity hand and dance movements are collectively performed.By demonstrating the unique difficulty and transitional cooperation,the team consciousness and collectivism spirit are reflected,and the youthful vitality and vitality are reflected.A vigorous spirit,a charismatic sport that cheers for the team and enhances the game's enjoyment.In recent years,cheerleading has developed rapidly in colleges and universities in China,and it is favored by college students.However,the development of cheerleading in the northern regions,especially in Harbin,is relatively lagging behind.Therefore,the in-depth study of the development of cheerleading in Harbin's colleges and universities is The urgent need to solve the school education reform is also the need for the implementation of the national fitness program.This paper takes the development status and countermeasures of cheerleading sports in Harbin general colleges as the research object,and selects 14 universities in Harbin as the survey objects.Through the literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,the development of cheerleading sports in ordinary colleges and universities in Harbin was investigated and analyzed.The satisfaction of the teacher level,the school level and the student level,the importance of the cheerleading movement,the specific organizational practice,the feedback of teaching and competition,and the development of the club activities were analyzed.Find out the factors that restrict the development of cheerleading sports and propose countermeasures to promote the promotion of cheerleading in Harbin universities,and further promote the popularization and improvement of cheerleading in colleges and universities in Harbin.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are problems at the teacher level in the teaching of cheerleading inHarbin ordinary colleges and universities:insufficient teacher resources,single teaching content,teaching methods,lack of interest,and insufficient attraction;teachers lack professional theoretical knowledge and professional training and Guidance;teachers lack of ability in the prevention and treatment of sports injuries.(2)Problems in the school level of cheerleading in Harbin ordinary colleges and universities:the leaders of colleges and universities are not paying enough attention,and the investment of people and property is small;some schools have limited opening of cheerleading courses,resulting in the lack of effective organization and teaching management.Most schools only offer cheerleading technical classes,and lack of theoretical courses,which is not conducive to students' understanding and promotion of cheerleading;The school is seriously inadequate in the construction of venue facilities and sports equipment.It does not pay attention to hardware construction,and does not create a good teaching environment for teachers and students;In addition,there are still cases in which the organization is not perfect and the propaganda is insufficient.(3)The problems existing in the middle school of cheerleading in Harbin general universities:students' interest in learning is not strong,students' overall physical quality is poor(flexibility,strength,coordination,etc.);boys participate in cheerleading learning and activities.The number of girls is small,and the number of female students is large.In the teaching and training,there are still teachers and students who are not professionally trained,and there are fewer opportunities for participating in performances such as performances,and there is no more practical exercise.(4)Harbin general colleges and universities cheerleading sports development countermeasures:(1)increase professional faculty,reserve humanities professional literacy(2)encourage students to actively participate in cheerleading sports learning(3)strengthen community building,improve publicity(4)optimize cheerleading curriculum resources Improve the teaching system(5)to cultivate students' lifelong sports awareness(6)Highlight the performance of cheerleading,mobilize the participation of college students(7)Actively organize students to participate in the event activities 8Improve the security system for the development of cheerleading.
