Cheerleading is a new sport item,which has gradually become one of the contents of physical education classroom teaching in Colleges and universities in China.It is deeply loved and sought after by college students.However,in the process of its development,teaching methods lag behind the speed of project development,and students' knowledge can not be used freely in practice.Therefore,it lacks the motivation of learning,and teaching objectives gradually begin to rise to make students right.Flexible application of basic knowledge of cheerleading and cultivation of creative ability.According to the combination of the characteristics of Cheerleading project and the principle of building blocks,this paper applies the theory of building blocks to the teaching of Cheerleading by using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.It regards the basic action of Cheerleading as a building block,and constructs the "teaching action bank" and typicality of cheerleading.The example model is used for teaching experiment,and the specific experimental process is designed.It provides reference materials and experimental basis for cheerleading teaching.It guides students to learn the basic actions of Cheerleading by referring to the "teaching action bank",combines and decomposes the cheerleading routines according to the example model,and transforms passive learning into active learning,stimulates students' interest in learning,and deepens students' interest in cheerleading.To master the basic knowledge and cultivate students' creative thinking ability in practice,the results of the teaching experiment are as follows:1.At present,the general situation of Cheerleading teaching in Colleges and universities is general,mainly manifested in the inconsistency of teaching materials,the lack of innovative teaching methods,single teaching methods and teaching contents,and inadequate appliances.2.Contemporary college students are the main force in the promotion of cheerleading.Some college students have a vague understanding of cheerleading and lack interest in learning in class.Others are eager to jump out of the sport itself and develop in the sport as participants,that is,to acquire the ability beyond the task of teaching content.3.The principle of "building blocks" is applied in the teaching experiment of cheerleading.Teachers guide students to combine and split the cheerleading routines,which can provide students with a platform and space to discover,think and solve problems.4.In the teaching experiment of cheerleading,according to the theory of "building block principle",we decompose and refine the routine actions of cheerleading.Under the changing conditions of space and time,the students learn the basic actions of Cheerleading from the infinite combination ideas and examples to compile arbitrary combinations,so as to enhance the students' creative thinking and independent compiling ability.5.In the process of teaching experiment,according to the theory of "building block principle",the "building block" is studied,decomposed,combined and summarized.In the effective time,the students can grasp the basic action of Cheerleading quickly and firmly,improve the effect of memory of action,and learn the routine action according to the basic action.At the same time,they also enhance the students' self-learning ability and interest in learning.6.Using the "building block principle" to design the teaching action database of cheerleading and the typical model,it has been successfully applied in the teaching experiment of cheerleading and achieved good teaching results.It provides reference materials for the reform of college teaching materials and enriches and develops the teaching method system of cheerleading.
