Today,the development of modern information technology in China is very rapid.Under the big data network environment,teaching methods and teaching methods have also become diversified.Teaching methods have become an important component of education reform,and the state is paying more and more attention to the development of physical education.The emergence of flipped classrooms has renewed the old-style teaching model.Its educational concept distinguishes traditional education concepts,overcomes the limitations of traditional models from scientific teaching and learning behaviors,and makes physical education more systematic.Through the pre-learning of the class content on the online platform before the class of the students,the interaction between the class and the teacher is improved.In the teaching process,the student becomes the subject of active learning,reflects his understanding of the subject content,and creates unlimited possibilities for learning.In 2001,the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)" was promulgated.This reform marked the beginning of another round of fundamental education reform.The new curriculum reform concept emphasizes the effective stimulation of students' autonomy under the process of exploring knowledge,so that they can change To truly mean the main body of the classroom.The teaching method of flipping classrooms gives new ideas for modern learning classrooms and also provides new directions for the development of physical education teaching.In order to improve college students' interest in volleyball learning and promote the efficiency of volleyball elective courses in colleges and universities,this article uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method and other methods to carry out teaching experiments in two colleges and universities.One class uses the flipping teaching mode for teaching,one class uses the traditional teaching mode for teaching,and has special physical fitness(including three meters of movement,badminton throwing away,in situ touch height),and the basics of volleyball for students of two learning volleyball technology classes.Technical actions(including passing,cushioning,serving,and spiking)and college students' satisfaction with the learning situation and behavioral comparisons during extracurricular sports exercises,and online feedback on the reform of the experimental class.information.The research results show that the students who adopt the flipped classroom teaching mode have a marked improvement in the special technology learning of volleyball technology,but the improvement of the special physical quality is not obvious.Under this model,students' satisfaction in classroom teaching content,classroom teaching ability,classroom teaching atmosphere,and relationship among classmates is relatively high,which can improve college students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior.Teachers need to teach students in accordance with the actual situation of the venue,and strive to create an interesting atmosphere for students to increase their learning of sports.
