Under the guidance of the "people-oriented,health first" teaching philosophy,deepen the comprehensive reform of physical education,solidly promote quality education,comprehensively improve students' physical and mental health,develop students' personality characteristics,cultivate students' interest in learning,and improve the quality of classroom teaching.The focus of research on sports workers.The volleyball project,due to its strong technical features and difficult to master movements,has not been effective on campus.At present,volleyball is presented to the public in a new form of sports,"volleyball exercise",which is loved by large,middle and primary school students.The volleyball-assisted teaching researched by the author is part of the preparatory activities in the classroom,allowing students to easily and happily recognize and learn the content and structure of volleyball exercises,reduce the learning difficulty,cultivate learning interest,and then actively and actively perceive the technical action essentials to standardize Accurately master technical movements and improve teaching results.As the main content of college sports and health classes,the diversification of volleyball elective courses and the flexibility of teaching methods are one of the keys to the smooth development of volleyball classroom teaching.The author applies the volleyball exercise to the volleyball elective course of colleges and universities to conduct auxiliary teaching experiment research.It can not only test the effectiveness of volleyball exercise in teaching,but also provide reference and theoretical basis for the innovation of teaching methods.This study used literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,and conducted a total of 76 students(38 students in each class)of 2018 grade volleyball class in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.The results were statistically analyzed and found to:1.At present,the presentation form of volleyball exercises is mainly based on special inter-class exercises or activity performances.The application in teaching has not been promoted,and it is a new auxiliary practice method.2.Volleyball-assisted teaching can enable students to recognize the trajectory of volleyball basic technical movements,so that students can change from passive learning to active learning,which helps to cultivate students' interest in learning.3.Volleyball-assisted teaching,due to the limited number of teaching experiment hours,the two classes have significant differences in the coordination of physical quality,but the sensitivity is not much different.4.Volleyball-assisted teaching,due to the technical characteristics of volleyball,the technical evaluation of the technical movements of the two teaching classes is obviouslydifferent,and the standard of the ball is not much different.5.Volleyball-assisted teaching has not only received the support and recognition of experts,but also the students are more acceptable.
