Minority college students is important talent pool in ethnic minority areas,whose academic performance has an impressive impact on job and economic development of ethnic minority areas.It is particularly important to improve the minority college students'academic performance and ensure quality of ethnic higher education in line with the principles of China's national unity and national equality.However,with the popularity of higher education,some ethnic colleges emerged students with learning difficulties.Their basic knowledge,learning attitude,ability development and another aspects have large differentiation.Their academic performance can't meet the basic requirements of school teaching management regulations,even can't get diploma.Although some colleges have developed support and transformation strategy,they did not form effective system of academic support.As a result,the construction of the support system faces enormous challenges.Based on this,the paper is given priority to questionnaire investigation,regards interview as the auxiliary pole,regards SPSS software as the main data analysis tools,regards A national minority colleges'students with learning difficults as the research object,regards four dimensions" who supports,support content,support strategy,support mechanism" as the analytical framework,regards the"status quo description,problem analysis,building academic support system" as research approach.The study found that A national university has constructed a set of academic support system to help students with learning difficults.But there exists several problems.Firstly,academic support team strength is too weak to form support network,power and responsibility is divided too ambiguious to form education resultant force.Secondly,academic support content lack pertinence or deep-going.Thirdly,academic support measures are single,rough,lack of innovative.Lastly,academic warning system is lack of normative,the incentive and supervision mechanism is lack of flexibility,and the evaluation mechanism is lack of scientific.Based on the above problems,this paper is to construct a student support system from four aspects:Firstly,strengthening the construction of academic support team by building a support network,forming education resultant force,clearing responsibilities division.Secondly,increasing pertinence and in-depth of content thirough strengthening the self-regulation,enhancing self-awareness,grasping the support rule.Thirdly,building a network support platform by using new media advantage,developing network support course to carry out the"online support",carrying out linear and characteristics guidance.Lastly,it is to guarantee the academic support effect through building a sound academic warning mechanism,supervision and incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism,etc.
