Purpose: With the development of Internet technology in sports science research,the wings of science and technology have helped the development of sports.Various new training concepts and methods bring good news for the improvement of sports training level.At home and abroad,there has been an upsurge in the study of athletes' physical fitness.Traditional training,modern training,scientific training,functional training,suspension training,core strength training and so on have become a hot spot of physical fitness research.Physical fitness,as the basis of Sanda athletes' sports skills,plays a decisive role in exerting their competitive ability.In addition to fighting skills,the strength,speed and endurance required in Sanda events play an important guiding role in improving athletes' skill level and competition performance.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to clarify the application prospects and exercise value of suspension training in theory,so as to provide theoretical support for further research on suspension training.In practice,through the rigorous experimental design and implementation plan in the early stage,more reliable experimental results are obtained,which can provide reference for the special physical training of Sanda athletes.Methods: By using the methods of documentation,teaching experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the empirical research on the effect of 16-week suspension training on the special physical fitness of Sanda athletes was carried out.The total number of 30 Sanda athletes in Beijing Reeborn Fighting Club was taken as the experimental object,and the training period was 3 years.Up.The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of suspension training on the special physical fitness of Sanda athletes.Through rigorous design of each link of the experiment and 16 weeks of training,we analyze and compare the various test indicators,and explore whether they can promote or improve the special strike speed,strike strength and strike endurance of Sanda athletes,so as to guide training practice scientifically.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the strike speed of the experimental group,including straight punch speed after step(P=0.034),whip leg speed after step(P=0.004),straight punch number around 20s(P=0.024),whip leg number about 20s(P=0.003);(2)Compared with the control group,the attack speed of the experimental group was significantly different(P<0.05).Strength,including about 12 seconds straight punch strength(P = 0.003),about 12 seconds whip leg strength(P = 0.005)had significant difference(P < 0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,the experimental group's impact endurance,including about 1 minute straight punch number(P = 0.067),about 1 minute whip leg number(P = 0.055)had no significant difference(P > 0.05).;Conclusion: 1.Suspension training can improve the striking speed of Sanda athletes.After 16 weeks of training and data analysis and comparison,the experimental group in a single strike speed and continuous strike speed than the control group has significantly improved,the control group has a slight improvement,but the training difference effect is not significant.2.Suspension training can significantly improve the striking power of Sanda athletes.After 16 weeks of training and data analysis and comparison,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the end of the experiment,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of the strike force.Although the control group had some improvement in the single strike force,the increase was not significant,and there was no significant difference.?3.The suspension training has little influence on improving the striking endurance of Sanda athletes.After 16 weeks of training and data analysis,there was no significant difference in strike endurance between the two groups.
