Research On The Application Effect Of Orienteering’s Special Physical Fitness Training Method

Orienteering has been developed rapidly in China in recent years, especially in our universities. The team members listed on the 2011 national squad is all from different colleges and universities. It can be said that the Orienteering level of Chinese colleges and universities can represents the highest level of whole China. But the competitive level of Orienteering in China compared with foreign countries still lags behind, especially the aspects of the athletes’special physical fitness. The methods and means of Orienteering’ special physical fitness still stayed at the exploratory stage in China. Special physical fitness became a key factor which determined the success and failure of the competition with the development of athletes’special skills. The "spike" phenomenon appears in various high level orienteering competitions. The special physical fitness becomes one of the influential factors of Orienteering competition.In this paper, literature and data, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, experimental method and mathematical statistics on the measured data were analyzed by experts and coaches to the sports training questionnaires to screen orientation-specific fitness training methods and develop training programs, eight athletes (male, female,4) of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education orienteering team join in the experimental study of the special physical fitness training. Verify the effect of screening out training means training. The measured data were statistically analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2003 for data entry, and the Spss17.0 a comprehensive analysis of the data collated. The conclusion shows that:(1) Through the experiment, the most effective means of special physical fitness training are timed pace, accelerated pace, repeated pace and intermitted pace, this means were used in the special endurance and special speed can produce remarkable effect. And we also should strengthen the training of flexibility.(2) Analysis of the results before and after the test showed that the orientation training before man team to complete the 3km relay race total time-consuming for the 4616s, women’s orientation team to complete the 2.5km relay race total time-consuming for the 4177s; but after two months of training after the third test the results showed that men’s achievements have been significantly improved, reducing the use of 722s, the women’s team to complete the same distance, the results improve the time-consuming to reduce the 596s; man team average time to reduce the 180.5s, the women’s team average time to reduce the 150.3s. Thus, the effect of special physical training was remarkable.(3) Reduced by an average 4.0b/min the basis of heart rate after a period of training men and women of the experimental analysis of heart rate before and after the male and female athletes, At the same time, strengthen the power and sensitivity training athletes, and to enhance the directional athletes’ physical ability. The body has produced a good adaptability to change.
