After a review of the relevant literature found that the current suspension related to physical training in the training programs conducted in other better tennis project has not been widely studied. More focused on the physical aspects of that strength training, ignoring the sensitivity, stability and balance training. With the sling suspension training is subject to some or all of the body’s own suspension up, with sling suspension process in the formation of ground reaction force is always in dynamic flux, so forcing the exerciser the body had to be adjusted through a continuous unstable physical condition in order to achieve continuous mobilization of different motor units in the body, so that the nerve-a training method muscle proprioceptive function can be improved. Through literature, mathematical statistics and experimental method for tennis players through suspension training on physical impact of the experimental study, concluded as follows:1. suspended for the development of special physical training tennis players mainly in power, strength endurance, flexibility and balance, quality, and other qualities proven ineffective experimental study.2. after adding the suspension of training in tennis physical training, the experimental group eyes static balance test there was a significant difference in the presence of static balance with eyes closed very significant difference. Description two tennis player after 12 weeks of physical training in different ways of training, all eyes appear static balance improved to some extent. Former home, there are significant differences, the dynamic balance test after three directions in the outer between the control group and the experimental group, indicating that the effect of suspension training can improve the dynamic balance ability tennis players.3. after 12 weeks of suspension training, special rate did not differ between tennis players. This shows that the suspension of this training method for training the quality of the growth rate is not valid.4. after 12 weeks of suspension training, sensitive quality tennis players nor differences. Suspension training in a way to improve the quality and sensitive, but to produce significant results must be for a long time, specialized, and combined athletes age characteristics and features of the project reasonable scientific training.5. after 12 weeks of suspension training can effectively improve the level of tennis players of the special forces. After training in the experimental group and the control group in the medicine ball throw index between the two groups have a very significant difference, indicating that the explosive increase tennis player; sit-ups and push-up test results show that the suspension will significantly improve strength endurance training level tennis players...
