Research purpose:Due to the general decline of our national constitution at this stage,especially college students' constitution is not optimistic.Therefore,this study uses suspension training to carry out physical training for ordinary college students,and discusses the effect of suspension training on the physical fitness of ordinary college students by comparing with the training effect of conventional physical training methods.And compare the difference between the training effect and the conventional physical training method,and provide a certain theoretical and practical basis for improving the physical ability of ordinary college students,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of effectively improving college physical ability and strengthening college students'physique.Researchmethods:This article mainly adopts the literature review Methods,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and experimental methods,40 students(20 boys and 20 girls)in randomly divided into two groups in a group of 20 students(10 boys and 10 girls).TRX suspension training was carried out in the experimental group,and the general physical training was adopted in the control group.the experimental period was 12 weeks,once a week.The effects of suspension training on the physical fitnessof collegestudentsare analyzed through experimental comparative study.Research results:Body composition 1)boys in experimental group There were significant differences in waist-to-hip ratio(P<0.01),body weight and body fat(P<0.05),no significant difference in skeletal muscle,body mass index,body fat percentage and basal Hu metabolism(PP<0.05),and no significant difference in body mass,skeletal muscle and body fat(P<0.05),body mass index,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio and basal metabolism(BMI)was observed in the control group.After the experiment,there was significant difference in waist-to-hip ratio between boys in the experimental group and boys in the control group(P<0.05).Body weight,skeletal muscle,body fat,body mass index,body fat percentage and basal metabolism were not significantly different(P>0.05).There were significant differences in body composition(P<0.01),body weight and body fat(P<0.05),skeletal muscle,body mass index,body fat percentage and basal Hu metabolism(PP<0.05),body weight and body fat in control group(P<0.05),skeletal muscle,body fat percentage,body fat percentage,waist fat percentage)there was no significant difference in ratio and basal metabolism(P>0.05).after the experiment,there was significant difference in waist-to-hip ratio between girls in the experimental group and control group(PP>0.05).there was no significant difference in body weight,skeletal muscle,body fat,body mass index,body fat percentage and basal metabolism(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the physical fitness indexes of boys in 3)experimental group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).Muscle strength was significantly different(P<0.05).Speed,muscle endurance,stability,sensitivity and explosive strength were significantly different(P<0.0 1);there was no significant difference in flexibility and sensitivity between boys in the control group(p>0.05),muscle strength and stability(Pp>0.05),speed,muscle endurance and explosive power(0.01)).There was no significant difference in flexibility between girls in 4)experimental group before and after the experiment(p>)There were significant differences in muscle strength,speed,muscle endurance,stability,sensitivity and explosive power(P<.0.01);there were no significant differences in flexibility and agility(p>.0.05),muscle strength,speed and explosive power(P<.0.05),and muscle endurance and stability(P>.0.01).05),with significant differences in stability and sensitivity(P<0.05).Research conclusion:1)after 12 weeks of suspension training can effectively improve the physical composition of ordinary college students,especially the waist-to-hip ratio is significantly higher than the control group.2)after 12 weeks of suspension training can effectively improve the physical quality of ordinary college students,especially the stability and flexibility compared with the control group have a significant improvement.but the effect is not too obvious in terms of flexibility,etc.3)after 12 weeks of physical training,both suspension training methods and conventional physical training methods can promote the physical condition of ordinary college students to varying degrees;in terms of physical composition and physical quality,suspension training methods and routine training methods in many aspects of the impact in many aspects,but in individual aspects suspension training has its unique training advantages.
