The Academy is a wonderful work in the history of ancient Chinese education.It stands in the history of ancient education with its unique teaching methods and the spirit of the Academy.The Academy is an educational institution and a cultural place.It not only has the functions of education,but also the function of spreading innovative culture.In order to alleviate the environmental problems that arise during the operation of the university,to make the university education run smoothly and better,and to better promote the results of university education,the direction of exploring the answer lies in the ancient Academy that is also influenced by the Chinese civilization.The main body of the article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter firstly describes the development process of ancient Chinese academies.The text begins from the four development stages:originated in Tang,matured in Song Dynasty,popularized in Song Dynasty,Yuan Dynasty,Ming Dynasty,and changed in Qing Dynasty.Then,the development process of the environmental management of the college is elaborated in four stages: originating,maturing,popularizing and changing.The second chapter mainly investigates and analyzes ancient academies and their environmental management.First of all,starting from the living environment of the Academy,the Academy greening,beautification and living environment management were expounded.Secondly,it expounds the layout and architecture of the Academy's teaching environment,and discusses the management of the teaching environment of the Academy.The curriculum discipline of the Academy was expounded again,including leadership style,teaching style,academic style and academic discipline,and the discussion on the discipline management of the discipline atmosphere.Finally,the site selection and management of the Academy will be elaborated.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the environmental management of ancient Academy.The article believes that the environmental management of ancient Chinese Academy has the following characteristics: first,the use of local characteristics to create a garden ecological academy;second,the school building and layout is compact,full-featured;third,respect the teacher and teach,the spirit of forging ahead is flourishing;Fourth,the site is chosen to be clean and close to nature.Then it sums up the advantages of theenvironmental management of the Academy: First,the living environment of the Academy has the beauty of the garden,showing itself;secondly,the teaching environment of the Academy is about teachers and students,compact and comfortable;third,the discipline of the Academy is respected by teachers and self-teaching;Fourth,the choice of the choice of the Academy is close to nature,accompanied by mountains and rivers.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the current situation of environmental management in contemporary universities and the enlightenment of the environmental management of the Academy.The article analyzes the current situation of the living environment,teaching environment,school atmosphere discipline and school site selection of contemporary university environmental management.Based on the above status quo and the investigation of history,the following revelations are drawn on the basis of the above research: First,the living environment should create a distinctive green campus;second,the teaching environment should create comfort for teachers and students;third,the school atmosphere should strictly observe the school rules and disciplines,and create a good atmosphere;fourth,the school site selection should close good river and mountion.
