| In the knowledge society, the university enter into social center from social edge, affect peoples life in economy, politics, culture etc, even decide the development trend of the country. Many governments spend huge amounts of money on the development of higher education, trying to cultivate more talents for their own countries. Some scholars cast doubt on the quality, training institutions, teaching of Popularization of higher education. Faced the problem of popularization of higher education, classroom environmental research has become the core of attention. The research of university classroom environment can transform educational concepts, improve the quality of education, cultivate talents and promote the comprehensive capacity of college students.Chinese higher education is facing the stern test in the present stage. Many Colleges do not attach importance to the value of life , leading to estrangement between teachers and students, boring classroom atmosphere, even seriously affecting the health of students. Faced various unhealthy phenomenon in university classroom teaching process, the research takes the development of domestic and foreign classroom environment as a clue, regarding the related classroom environment theory. This paper uses empirical research method to analyze the actual situation of the classroom environment, and explores the factors that affect students'classroom learning. Moreover, this study investigated classroom environment at different types of universities in Shanghai by using Questionnaire, interview method. Subjects of this study consisted of 540 undergraduate student at Fudan University, Donghua University, Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai Electric Power Institute as well as the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine .the problems of this study are as follows:1.What are the characteristics of classroom environment at Colleges and universities in Shanghai Status? 2.Whether does have different classroom environment at different type of university 3.which factors do affect the classroom learning environment of the students ?Research findings showed that college classroom environment in Shanghai is overall at the harmonious condition. First of all, Traditional school-based, teacher-based, to suppress the concept of individual development are changing modern educational philosophy of the education service to students. Secondly, people-centered philosophy of education in the classroom has been reflected to some extent. .In conclusion, the important transformation of Classroom psychological environment, institutional environment, physical environment changes has laid a solid foundation for improving the quality of higher education. However, at transformation time of the college classroom environment , there are still some problems like higher education idea is backward , higher quality view needs to be improved, teaching management system is unreasonable, the Teacher-student relationship are indifferent , These behaviors have left behind the difficulty for the improvement classroom environmentIn view of this, the researcher make recommendations for improvement from the psychological environment, institutional environment and physical environment: Firstly, a higher education idea of student-centered, servicing to students should be established , management system of university should be improved , Teaching methods should be changed .Moreover, universities should also cultivate a harmonious teacher-student relationship, create humanities campus, to provide a good classroom learning environment for students. |
