Ancient academy is a form of traditional Chinese educational institution, which also is one of the main place for ancient students accept education. The moral education environment of ancient academy is refers to the ancient academy to create the education atmosphere in order to specific education aims, including the moral education physical environment of ancient academy, the moral education institutional environment of ancient academy, and the interpersonal environment of ancient academy.Introduction, this chapter analyzes the current research status of the moral education environment of ancient academy, which is based on references to the predecessors' research achievements, defining the concepts of “moral education","environment", "moral environment" and so on, and through combing the results of previous researchers to form research ideas and methods of this article.The second chapter studies the moral physical environment of Ancient Academy.This chapter analyzes the moral physical environment of ancient academy as the main focus, analyzes the physical environment of ancient academy from inside and outside two aspects. The external environment is mainly from the academy location aspect to analyze the three major characteristics of site selection of ancient academy, and expounds moral connotation of the academy location in detail. Internal environment details mainly from the layout of academy construction, the layout of academy plant landscape and the couplet plaque of academy.The third chapter is the moral education institutional environment of ancient academy. The research emphasis of this chapter is moral education institutional environment of ancient academy, this chapter on the teaching management system,sacrificial system, and the appraisal system as the leading factor, this paper studies academy teaching content, teaching methods, the admission requirement of academy students, the object of academy fete, sacrificial ceremony, etc.The fourth chapter is interpersonal environment of Ancient Academy. This chapter from two aspects of the relationship between teachers and students as well asthe relationship between academies and students, analyses the influence of the functions of ancient academy teachers' morality model in detail, and harmonious students' relationships play a positive role in students' physical and mental development.The fifth chapter is moral education environment of Ancient academy will provide reference value to build moral education environment of universities. This chapter summarizes the content of the above three chapters, extracts reference value to the moral education in contemporary colleges and universities, and combined with the actual situation of contemporary colleges and universities.
