In the year of 2018,the reform and opening up has been 40 years.The road to reform has been moving forward,as has the physical education major.With the advancement of the times,from the teaching content;teaching method and teaching evaluation,all aspects of physical education are constantly innovating and reforming.Microteaching is constantly evolving in this environment.It is suitable for the development of the mobile network era,and it can effectively and effectively improve the teaching effect by means of multimedia.After being proposed in 1963,it has been promoted and practiced around the world.It has been used by many universities and many disciplines and has been recognized by education practitioners all over the world.In China,microteaching is applied to different disciplines such as geography,mathematics,language,music,etc.,and is also promoted in sports disciplines.It is applied to different items such as table tennis,badminton,basketball,aerobics,tennis,etc.But when searching “Micro-teaching” and “hurdle” simultaneously on CNKI,the results obtained are few and far between,indicating that micro-teaching is less used in hurdles.The hurdle is the basic project of the track and field project.It is a project that the physical education students need to master during their study.However,the requirements for the students are relatively high.They require speed and the accuracy of the action.Students need to practice and think repeatedly.If the foundation is not well established,it may affect students' enthusiasm for learning,reduce self-confidence,and ultimately affect the teaching effect.Based on the traditional teaching,micro-teaching can promote students to repeatedly view and practice through the form of video,and students clearly understand the key action requirements and key points so that can master the technical essentials quickly.To this end,this paper applies microteaching to the teaching of hurdle skills,and studies the influence of microteaching on hurdle technology learning.The followingconclusions are drawn through literature,interview,questionnaire,experimental,mathematical statistics and other research method.First,comparing microteaching with traditional teaching methods,it is found that in terms of hurdles,the students taught by microteaching have improved in both technical and theoretical mastery.Secondly,micro-teaching has great advantages for more complex sports skill movement teaching.It can be repeatedly presented through video,stimulate students' perception,and enable students to master teaching skills more effectively and quickly.Third,most students believe that through microteaching,they can more clearly understand the shortcomings in their skills learning process and make corrections in a timely manner.Fourth,students' acceptance of microteaching is higher than traditional teaching methods.Fifth,micro-teaching can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,allowing students to actively participate in the classroom,and enhance students' interest and self-confidence in learning hurdle technology.Sixth,micro-teaching can strengthen the communication between students and teachers,and better promote the harmonious relationship.Seventh,micro-teaching can improve students' teaching skills,which is more conducive to the training of normal students of sports.
