In this paper, surface electromyography and high-speed camera technology are used to analyze the flip-flops and the flip-flops of the scorpion. The integral electromyogram, integral contribution rate, joint angle and velocity parameters of the above two actions are collected, and the technical characteristics and motion laws of the two movements are described, and the internal rules and mechanisms of muscle activity in each part of the two different movements are revealed. The research results provide suggestions and guidance for basic physical education teaching, provide data support for students to learn the back flip and the back flip of the scorpion, and provide theoretical reference for the athletes to improve the back flip and the scorpion back flip technique. In this way,the quality and efficiency of action learning is improved. In this study, using Sony's high-speed camera and surface electromyography test system,Xiangzhou Zhan completed the shooting of the scorpion body flip and the scorpion back flip motion, and processed the video data using the visual analysis software to filter and rectify the surface EMG data. The relevant index data is obtained, which mainly includes the motion parameters such as the joint angle, velocity and integral myoelectricity and muscle contribution rate during the completion of the action.1.In the stage of swinging the legs, the angle of the left hip, left knee and torso of the scorpion group is larger than that of the scorpion. It can be seen that the body of the scorpion has a large turning angle and the hands are better. It is convenient to improve the vertical speed of the pusher movement;after the scorpion, the hip, knee and shoulder angle are lower than the back flip of the scorpion, and the scorpion is turned over and actively probes the shoulder to facilitate the horizontal speed of the pusher movement.2.In the stage of pushing the legs, the shoulder angle of the scorpion after the foot touches the ground is larger than the back flip of the scorpion group. The hip angle is smaller than the back of the scorpion. The foot is placed closer to the hand and the body is at the hip.State, easy to turn over in the next stage.3.In the landing buffer stage, the center of gravity reaches the lowest point. The hip joint angle and the ankle joint angle of the scorpion group are smaller than the scorpion and the hand is turned over.It is in the flexion state of the hip flexion, which is convenient for the next stage of vertical jump; After the child, the hip joint angle is large, the ankle joint angle is close to a right angle, and the body is in an upright state, which is convenient for horizontal jumping.4,in the depression stage, the knees and the squat angles of the scorpion scorpion are more than the scorpion, the body stretches, almost perpendicular to the ground, and the vertical speed is higher than the horizontal speed, which is convenient for vertical take-off;The hip angle of the hand-turned scorpion is larger than that of the scorpion group. The squat angle is smaller than the scorpion body. The body is in a knee-shouldering state. The horizontal speed is higher than the vertical speed, which is convenient for horizontal jumping.5.In the completion of the operation, after the analysis of the integral electromyogram, the main working muscles of the two movements are the gastrocnemius, the rectus femoris, the triceps, the deltoid anterior and the tibialis anterior muscle; The muscles on the left side of the two movements are more than the right side of the two legs. The back of the scorpion is turned over in the pusher's leg,the floor cushioning and the squatting stage.
