Research On Resource Development Of Youth Roller Skating Events In Nanjing

The success of the bid to host the Winter Olympics has given the ice and snow movement a huge opportunity for development.However,due to geographical differences,it is difficult for the southern cities to carry out snow and ice sports and cannot effectively expand the population base.Therefore,after reviewing the similarity between roller skating and skating in the speed skating department of the Winter Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration,the"Rolling Ice" project was proposed,which led to another sport,roller skating.As an emerging project in China,roller skating has been favored by the majority of young people.As the "world skating capital",Nanjing is the representative of China's skating development and has hosted many roller skating events.The organization of youth roller skating competition requires coordination among the government,sports associations,schools and other multi-subjects.It is necessary to conduct a correct assessment of the resources of youth roller skating events,develop rationally,give full play to the advantages of various resources,seize opportunities,make up for shortcomings,and effectively Avoid risks and realize the comprehensive benefits of the skating competition.What resources are included in the youth roller skating events?What is the current status of the existing youth roller skating competition resources?What are the advantages and what are the shortcomings?What are the challenges?What is the opportunity?What kind of development strategy should be developed?Based on the above questions,this paper explores the issues related to the resources of Nanjing youth roller skating events through questionnaires,interviews and field research methods,and explores the issues of government decision-making and youth roller skating competitions.Development provides reference to theory and practice,and the research results are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:1.In the context of the Winter Olympics,the Nanjing Municipal Government increased the popularization of youth roller skating and promoted the development of roller skating events.Now the skating population has begun to take shape,the number of events has gradually increased,and the number and quality of participating teams have also improved significantly.2.The skating event resources consist of human resources,site facilities resources,capital resources,knowledge and institutional resources.With the skating events,the event resources have been gradually utilized,but there are still many problems.Through the SWOT analysis method,the resources of Nanjing youth roller skating events are analyzed in terms of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Then,the four combinations of SO,WO,ST and WT established by matrix analysis are proposed to propose targeted development countermeasures.In order to maintain the advantages and avoid disadvantages in the future development,we must also seize opportunities and comprehensively use strategic combinations to improve the utilization of event resources.4.In order to better promote the youth roller skating events,based on the current situation research and analysis,put forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
