The rating standard evaluation system formulated in this paper focuses on the needs of Hubei Roller Skating Association,aiming to provide a basis for self-knowledge and evaluation for young roller skating enthusiasts in Hubei Province,and to specify a clear direction for them to further improve their roller skating skills.For coaches,the development of this standard allows them to have a clearer understanding of where their roller skating skills are,so that they can develop more detailed and targeted teaching plans.For the major roller skating clubs in the province,the implementation of this standard system can greatly standardize the roller skating industry,expand the mass base of roller skating enthusiasts,and motivate roller skating enthusiasts to focus on improving their own special sports capabilities,thereby promoting the development of roller skating related industries,forming a virtuous circle,and cultivating more talents for competitive roller skating.This paper improves and perfects according to the requirements of Hubei Roller Skating Association by drawing on the existing standardization research of other sports and the study of existing roller skating grade standards at home and abroad.This study invited 20 experts in the roller skating industry in the province for many years,using the Delphi method to conduct a total of three rounds of questionnaires,and obtained the youth roller skating skill level index system applicable to the Hubei Roller Skating Association,and calculated the test results of200 subjects aged 6~18 years old to obtain the scoring standards of youth roller skating in Hubei Province,and at the same time referred to other similar sports to develop sports skill scoring standards for different ages.The specific results of the study are as follows:1.Combined with expert opinions,establish a youth roller skating skill rating system in Hubei Province,divide this standard into levels 1 to 9,and determine an index pool containing 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.In the second round of questionnaire survey,experts were asked to classify each index under the assessment of each level,and confirmed the content of the assessment from level 1 to 9,including two items of assessment timing subjects and designated actions from level 1 to 6,and two items of timing subjects and creative routines of level 7 to 9.2.The importance of each test indicator is different,and experts are invited to empower each indicator through the Delphi method,and the proportion of each first-level indicator and second-level indicator in the assessment score,the score value of each third-level indicator and the number of tasks to be completed,and the score value of each deduction point item are determined,and the scoring standards for the assessment of designated actions and creative routines are determined.3.Invite 200 teenagers with a certain foundation in roller skating to test timed subjects,first find out the four percentile points of P10,P30,P70,P90 of each test index,divide the performance range according to the percentile,and finally define different grades according to different intervals through SPSS and give corresponding points,P10 below 90~100 points,P10-P30 is 70~90 points,P30-P70 is 40~70 points,P70-P90 is 10~40 points,P90 or above is0~10 points,and based on this,the score conversion table of timing subjects is formulated,and finally the complete Hubei Province youth roller skating skill level standard is obtained.
