Research On The Innovation Of Continuing Education System In Colleges And Universities

As the main force of continuing education in China,the reform and development of continuing education in colleges and universities is imperative in the call of continuing education transformation.Concept guidance and ideological enlightenment are very important for educational transformation,but these are only the starting points active in the consciousness.If the educational transformation can be carried out smoothly and the final results can be implemented firmly,it is the institutional change that really plays a decisive role.It can be said that the transformation of continuing education is actually based on the transformation of the continuing education system.Continuing education,as an important aspect of talent cultivation and social service in colleges and universities,plays an important role in promoting local economic development and improving people's quality.With the acceleration of the construction of a learning-oriented society and a lifelong education system,the development of continuing education has become an urgent need for local governments to train high-quality laborers,reserve high-quality talents and promote high-quality development of the region.Especially in the relatively underdeveloped western regions,in the process of social progress,the system change of continuing education,especially the continuing education in colleges and universities,will directly affect all aspects of social and economic development.In this new era of development,it is of great formal significance to discuss the innovation of the system of continuing education in western universities,both for the development and perfection of China's continuing education itself and for meeting the needs of the people in the new era.This paper firstly sorts out the development track of China's continuing education policy in the field of colleges and universities,clarifies its progress and defects,and puts forward the necessary conditions for colleges and universities to carry out continuing education system innovation.Secondly,taking university A,one of the key universities in ningxia autonomous region,as an example,through the practice of colleges and universities,the institutional construction measures of the school's school of continuing education,which is mainly responsible for the department of continuing education,are sorted out.The reform and innovation of continuing education in university A is taken as the focus for in-depth study.On the basis of interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of institutions of higher learning in the process of institutional innovation,and puts forward five major problems faced by institutions of higher learning in the process of institutional innovation:talent problem,autonomy problem,incentive problem,demand problem and cultural construction problem.With the help of the theory of institutional change,this paper analyzes the causes of the dilemma from three aspects:government,universities and people related to the system.Finally,the paper puts forward the transformation principle of the continuing education in colleges and universities,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions from two aspects of optimizing the external environment of the continuing education system innovation in colleges and universities and optimizing the internal environment of the continuing education in colleges and universities.
