In recent years,with the development of higher education and the arrival of a learning society,the social needs of adults for mastery of knowledge,academic qualifications and non-degree education are gradually expanding.Based on this,further education continues to develop.As a secondary college of colleges and universities,the College of Continuing Education is grasping the development of favorable situations,expanding the business of the college,and undertaking national projects.At the same time,through the group of teachers of the college and the teachers of various secondary colleges,the teaching plan is formulated and the teaching is implemented.Activities have made great contributions to the development of adult education.To a certain extent,it is believed that the Continuing Education Institute promotes the development of continuing education at the macro level,and the group of teachers who participate in the teaching activities of the Continuing Education Institute promotes the development of continuing education at the micro level.And it is the main force driving development.However,in the actual process,there are relatively few research literatures on teacher job satisfaction based on the secondary colleges,and the research area is mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions.There is almost no research on the teachers of the continuing education college.College teachers,as ordinary individuals,carry out basic teaching activities,and also abide by the various policies and systems of the institutions,and participate in the relevant management activities of the institutions.Therefore,the research on the job satisfaction of teachers in the continuing education colleges in western universities is for the micro level.Both teaching activities and management activities at the macro level are of reference value and significant.This study organizes the relevant concepts of satisfaction,understands the influencing factors of satisfaction and job satisfaction at home and abroad,and the research results.At the same time,it draws on the relevant dimensions of the questionnaire in Li Zhiying's doctoral thesis to determine the survey content of teachers'job satisfaction in colleges and universities.Taking the public colleges in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,according to the relevant interviews of the teachers of the School of Continuing Education in the school and the self-made questionnaires,200 teachers who participated in the teaching activities of the continuing education institute were investigated.Through SPSS statistical analysis of effective data,to understand the overall status quo and influencing factors of teachers'job satisfaction in the College of continuing education of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region:Taking the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,colleges and universities in the western region generally have a moderate level of job satisfaction in the teaching activities of the continuing education colleges;In all dimensions,leadership and management dimensions,organizational climate and colleague relationship dimensions,self-realization and development Dimensions have an important correlation with teacher job satisfaction;The correlation between basic information and job satisfaction,except for gender,has reached a significant level.According to the research results,combined with Maslow's need of hierarchy theory,human capital theory,Hertzberg two-factor theory,from the four levels of colleges,continuing education colleges,college teachers and government to give targeted countermeasures:Grasp the macro direction and plan the top design;Accurate self-positioning,flexible management;Teaching and self-improvement;Clear direction and form an atmosphere.
