| Educational belief is a rational cognition,emotional attribution and moral standpoint of education,teachers and students formed in the long-term knowledge learning and practice experience.It is the crucial component of teachers' professional characters and the internal motivation and inner perseverance in the course of their professional development,the soul and guide of which,namely educational belief,guides educators to follow the way of teaching.To pay attention to the professional development and the sustainable improvement of novice instructors,not only should we master the subject knowledge and professional skills,but also lead pedagogues to actively cultivate their inherent educational beliefs,continuously optimizing and improving,so as to ensure that the professional quality of novice teachers meets the requirements and expectations set by current curriculum reform and quality education.Because the research subject,educational belief of the elementary and secondary school novice teachers,possesses the characteristic of recessive,this study comprehensively uses copious research method ranging from the questionnaire survey,the observation method to the depth interview,carries on the investigation analysis to those novice teachers' educational belief present situation in the Li minority area,and makes the attribution analysis to its existence question in preparation for proposing the optimized path.It is found that,in accordance with the survey,most novice pedagogues in Li minority area have advanced educational concepts and solid basic skills,while possess certain enthusiasm and expectation for education and teacher career.And their personal motivation and ambition tend to maintain a comparatively high level.Nevertheless,there also exist some deficiencies in their educational belief: occupational anxiety and confusion and lack of hope triggered by short entry time;their insufficient educational purport of "knowledge orientation";the shortage of initiative nourishing their self-restraint education belief,and a few errors and deviations in the understanding of education belief.Those listed above are mainly affected by the novice tutors' personal growth experience and value expectation,teaching career and professional quality,practical rationality and pedagogical reflection ability,as well as teacher cultivation,school management and evaluation,teaching group culture,social atmosphere and so forth.Based on the analysis of the problems supra,this study optimizes the educational belief of novice Li area middle and elementary school tutors by enhancing their self-reflection consciousness and reflection ability,improving education and instruction of teaching,optimizing the teacher recruitment and evaluation system,establish rich pedagogical groupculture and creating tolerant and favorable public opinion atmosphere. |
