In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program,which provided programmatic instructions for improving the quality of the teaching staff.Based on this,many colleges and universities have begun a new round of trials and explorations in the undergraduate training stage,and N schools are also among them.This paper attempts to study the current situation of undergraduate training practice of N university based on the typical characteristics of excellent teachers in primary schools,and proposes feasible suggestions for its existing problems,which is of great significance to effectively promote the practice of undergraduate training in primary education.First of all,we will use the field research to analyze the characteristics of outstanding teachers and provide a vision for the undergraduate training of excellent teachers in primary schools.Then,taking the training of N primary school education as an example,based on interviews,questionnaires and related textual data analysis,the training objectives,curriculum content,learning activities,faculty,support conditions,cooperation and practice of N university primary education majors The status quo of the other aspects is described in detail.On the basis of the analysis of the status quo,it reveals that the selection method leads to the low degree of recognition,the "deviation" of the implementation of the training objectives,the lack of practical courses,the simplification of the teacher's ratio,and the lack of supportive conditions.Thirdly,on the one hand,it analyzes the individual factors that influence the cultivation of excellent teachers in primary schools from the three levels of individual knowledge literacy,teacher ethics training and self-efficacy;on the other hand,it explains the influence from three aspects:education policy,course content and related schools.Objective factors for the development of excellent teachers in primary schools.Finally,based on the actual state of the N-school primary education professional training practice and the analysis of the factors affecting the development of excellent teachers in primary schools,the author proposes six suggestions based on the promotion of the pre-service excellence teacher training practice level.Through the development of specific targeted education policies,the creation of an educational environment in which;"three parties" are actively involved,the use of quantitative and qualitative selection methods,the development of teacher ethics education,and the establishment of operability and achievable training objectives,Optimize the content of the combination of research and development to provide undergraduate students in primary education with the potential to become outstanding teachers.The conclusion part is the author's summary and conclusion of the whole paper,pointing out the possible innovation points of this research,and also elaborating the deficiencies in the research process.
