The quality of undergraduate talents is a basic standard to test the quality of higher education in our country.In recent years,the issue of education development has attracted much attention at the national level.In this paper,the literature and materials related to the training mode of physical education major in colleges and universities at home and abroad are combed,and combined with the comparative pedagogy theory,practical learning theory and policy documents,the physical education professional training mode of 14 colleges and universities rated as the national first-class undergraduate physical education major construction point is taken as the research object,and a variety of methods are used.Including literature,comparative analysis,logic analysis,etc.,this paper analyzes the current situation of physical education professional talent training mode in 14 colleges and universities,mainly from four aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,practice links and graduation requirements.In order to master the current situation and similarities and differences of the training modes of national physical education and normal education first-class undergraduate talents in three different schools directly under the Ministry of Education,provincial and municipal schools,the advantages and disadvantages of each school were found,and the reference experience was provided for the training of physical education talents in other schools.The results show that there are still some problems in the construction process: high orientation of training objectives,homogenization of talent training,unoutstanding characteristics and incomplete implementation of detailed requirements;The curriculum system is lack of clear core curriculum division,curriculum layout is not broad enough,teaching plan progression is not clear and curriculum evaluation method is single;The practice link is the practice throughout the whole process is not obvious,the extracurricular practice link is few,the proportion to be adjusted and the evaluation index of practice effect is unclear;Graduation requirements there are requirements of convergence,"quality" and "quantity" division standards,simple text split,matrix set reasonable to be improved.To improve the personnel training mode according to the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction standards and the national requirements for personnel training.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of physical education professional personnel training mode as follows: first,the training goal should grasp the ideology,develop moral education,adapt to the needs of The Times,and the orientation of personnel training is clear;Secondly,the curriculum system level should be updated in time,improve the advantages of construction,adjust the course assessment and evaluation methods,diversified development;Thirdly,the proportion of practice should be increased,the training process should be enriched,the development mode should be optimized and the content of practice should be expanded.Finally,there should be differences in graduation requirements and clear professional development needs around positioning.
