In recent years, researching for a training mode has become an important aspect of promoting and improving the cultivation of excellent teachers. In this paper, based on the typical cases in the training mode of reality of the relevant institutions, were studied following the value and fact, theory and practice combination principle. The writer used the method of literature review, case law for excellence in teacher training mode, and the main research focus on the exploration of an excellent primary teachers training mode.This paper introduces and analyzes the case of excellent primary teacher training mode of three universities in our country, which is divided into one traditional type,the second development type and the third innovation type. We summed up their respective advantages and characteristics according to the different types of mode. But what can not be ignored is that every kind of training mode still have some defects and deficiencies. Through in-depth study, the writer summed up the common limitations of three training mode. They are equivalent training objectives to training standard and formulated directly as a training mode, the orientation of the primary excellent teachers still needs a further discussion; in some aspects of training mode also exist some problem. This shows that the exploration of excellent teacher training mode of primary school still needs continuous improvement and perfection. In view of some foreign universities are also exploring the training mode of excellent primary teachers in efforts, this paper introduced and analyzed two typical cases, and draw some implications. It includes: develop specific objectives and standardization; more rational positioning of excellence school teachers; pay attention to theoretical courses and practical aspects of coordination; evaluation content on upgrading and the training mode based on respect for the students of vocational tendency. But what can not be ignored is that the training mode should not only be based on the practice of exploration, but also should be a clear understanding of the theory. Based on this, this paper presents for excellence school teacher training mode of theoretical analysis. It contains provide a quality process for every student; pursuit different training results; provide the power of sustainable development; give students psychological construction; based on training standards. Based on the above analyzed and elaborated contents, combining with the positioning for the excellent primary teachers, the writer proposed finally in the ready school excellent teachers training mode construction. It mainly include the alliances of school training mode and project training mode, and features of the mode, focus and the conditions were discussed in detail.For the study of excellent primary teachers training mode, it is not possible to put forward a universal mode, and it is not able to put forward a mode that is not controversial. This research is in the initial stage of the cultivation of excellent teachers in primary school, and it will be the main features of the study. Therefore, this article is not intended to put forward a perfect mode, and it is not possible to put forward a perfect mode, but rather aimed at the future more perfect mode appears to lay a solid foundation.
