Appreciation education is a kind of new teaching concept that is people-oriented and reflects humanistic care.It is the education that educators discover and awaken the great potential of the educatee by means of appreciation and praise.At first,it is from the family education of parent-child education experience summary,many scholars in a different way from the Angle of pedagogy method discussed in-depth theoretical and empirical studies,expected to form a set of suitable for classroom recognition theory of education,but less from the perspective of education psychology research,the purpose of this study is to proven teacher appreciation impact on student learning adaptation and learning.From the perspective of education psychology,this paper adopted the teacher appreciation scale as the research tool.1086 students were selected for testing in some middle schools in region A,and 909 valid questionnaires were collected.The status quo of teacher appreciation of middle school students was investigated and studied in order to understand the status quo of teacher appreciation of education.Then,by referring to a large number of literatures,empirical investigation,experimental research and other means,and combining with my own work practice,I designed an experimental scheme of using teachers' appreciation in class management.In the end,the experimental class adopted the method of recognizing classroom management and the control class adopted the conventional method of classroom management.The intervention experiment was carried out for 8 months for the eighth grade students taught by the author.The study drew the following conclusions:1.The questionnaire survey on the status quo found that:Teachers' recognition is different in gender and grade,and students with different grades have different teachers' recognition.2.Teacher appreciation has a positive effect on the learning adaptation of middle school students,which is reflected in that the learning motivation,learning habit,learning style,learning satisfaction and use of learning resources of the experimental class are significantly improved compared with the control class after experimental intervention.3.Teachers' recognition also has a positive impact on students' academic performance,which is reflected in the comparison between the experimental class and the control class.Students' academic performance is better.
