The quality-oriented education focuses on the all-around development of the teenagers; it includes not only intelligence development, but also moral education, personality and social practice, etc. Appreciation education takes respect, trust, understanding and tolerance as its principles. It is a type of self-confidence and active development of education based on fully praising and encouraging educatees. In the class of middle school under the conception of appreciation education, we should respect educatees’ growth characteristics, emphasize their emotional experience and pay attention to the changes of their inner world, and take them as persons who have personality, dignity and emotional needs.This article studies on education at home and abroad of appreciation theory and practice activities, and combines the daily education teaching practice to preferably apply appreciation education into education teaching activities, puts the middle school education of the political discipline function into practice and promotes the comprehensive development of students.This thesis can be divided into the following five parts:Part1:Proposing the problems; discussing the origin and meaning of this article, the present situation and trend of the research and the problems to be solved.Part2:The meaning, characteristics, typical cases and theoretical foundation of appreciated education will be demonstrated. Firstly, this article introduces the meaning of appreciation and appreciation education; secondly, it discusses the characteristics of appreciation education; thirdly, it lists three typical cases full of appreciation education philosophy and methods at all times all over the world; at last, the theoretical foundation of appreciation education is analyzed.Part3:The value of implementing appreciation education. Applying the appreciation education into classes of middle school is helpful to respect the students’ diversities, which fully reflect the conception of quality-oriented education for all the students."Students centered" will be helpful to create a democratic, equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, which is according with the growth pattern of middle school students, highlights the education function of political science and fully excavates students’ non-intelligence potential, promotes all-round development of students and cultivates innovative persons.Part4:The effective factors and generated errors in the process of complementing appreciation education. Educating the teenagers is not only the teacher’s work and responsibility; family and community also have important responsibility. With the development of the quality-oriented education, appreciation education will play a significant role in education, and increasingly become the accepted education method in quality-oriented education. But the process of implementation is not satisfying, and went into the erroneous zone.Part5:Effective dimension and approach in implementing appreciation education. This part mainly discusses how to carry out appreciation education method.
